Absolutely the most amazing pizza, EVER! Plain pepperoni, pepperoni and pineapple, or PPP. The most delicious wood fired pizza, words can’t even begin to describe it. It’s one of those things you have to experience it your self to really, truly understand. Trying to explain the absolute deliciousness of Vitta Pizza is akin to trying to explain what sugar tastes like to someone who has never tasted something sweet. The caesar salad, bread sticks, and cheesy bread sticks blow your hair back as well. Be careful when trying the Caesar dressing with your pizza for the first time, it’s an absolute shock to your poor unexpecting taste buds. It’s the icing on the cake, so to speak. The pizza is amazing by itself and just when you think pizza can’t possibly get any better, you dip it in the Caesar dressing. BOOM, instantly your hair is blown back (might want to warn anyone sitting behind you if you have dandruff - no judgment). I keep trying to find the rights words to accurately describe Vitta Pizza, but all I can say is, go, try it for yourself, and remember to remove your hat if you don’t want it to blow away. (They also have GF crust if you’re into that. I’m not, but no judgement if you are, therefore I am unable to comment on it).
You are able to purchase the Caesar dressing so you can dip the frozen Jack’s pizza or whatever your wife/husband/mother/father/etc makes when they are upset with you.
O, and the staff is usually very friendly and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
One last thing, if you need you use the restroom, the code is on your receipt, so please do not bother the artists as they prepare your...
Read moreI know Neapolitan pizza like the back of my hand, I lived in Italy for 2 years. This place is really close to what I ate over there almost every day. The pizza you're getting here is so delicious and authentic it brings me back to my days overseas.
Anyone that's used to American pizza that's overloaded and "cheaper" needs to realize this is about the full experience: authentic ingredients, wood fired oven, balanced ingredients, and I have yet to ever feel sick eating a pizza in this form because of the way it's made with the minimally processed and fresh ingredients. I dare anyone say that about American pizza that's overly loaded and saturated with low quality product.
If you want a piece of Italy, come try this, you're in for a treat. We come at least 2 or 3 times a month, it's well worth it, and it's something not only I enjoy, my wife and kids thoroughly...
Read moreTried Vitta for the first time tonite. Service was good, the ingredients were seemingly fresh and flavorful, but the pizza itself was lack luster for lack of a better term. The crust was nice and thin but soggy, the edge was too big for the diameter of the pie, it was also charred to the point of burnt. Toppings were skimpy at best. I’ve been to Italy experienced the authentic pie, if this is the American version, there’s plenty of room for improvement. Aesthetically Vitta has great street appeal, service was good, ingredients were fresh but the pie itself gets a 5 out 10. I will give it 2 more tries in weeks to come, definitely will try the other location. The intent of my review is not to harm, I simply had higher expectations so hope this helps those responsible set...
