Sigh. Papa Murphy's you used to be so good, and were a good value proposition against the big pizza chains. Better ingredients but you have to make it yourself was a great trade off. I was even on board with the average pizzas costing a few more dollars for that quality post covid. But now the portions are shrinking, and worst of all the quality is declining. Most noticeable is the pizza crust. Whatever has changed since the last time I picked up some pizzas makes it taste more like a soda cracker than pizza crust. I get it times are different and everything is more expensive but you can't cut two legs out of the value triangle of, speed, quality, and price and expect customers to keep coming. You don't even compete on speed anymore either. If you didn't order ahead you are waiting for 30 min for uncooked pizza. I'm really torn on this one but I feel like the competition is out competing you. Time to find a way to provide...

Said they closed at 8:00 on google and on the door to go inside. Got there at 7:45 to get one pepperoni pizza, but the door was locked and nobody was inside except one young worker. He came to the door and told me they were closed. I asked, “ oh you’re closing early? Because it says you’re open until 8:00” He said “I go by our system, and it says we are closed.” Then shut the door and walked away. I’m not exaggerating about what time I got there.
