Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Duluth

Ordered a personal pizza box with a melt and Buffalo wings. Chose curbside. Waited outside for several mins while the employees stood around and chatted. I finally went in and when I was handed my receipt the employee stated “a tip is appreciated”. I did not tip him a cent. I got home and my wings were bbq not buffalo. I considered calling but chalked it up as an honest mistake. What was not a mistake is when I checked my bank account the amount debited was $20 more than the total! I can only assume they wrote over the crossed out portion of the slip and decided to tip themselves! How many others have they done that too without them noticing! Absolutely will never return. Not only was it dirty, employees lazy, they literally stole from me. update I spoke with a manager. They confirmed they tipped themselves $20 and refunded it. He said he would see who was working and speak with them. My order being incorrect was not addressed but he did apologize. I still will not order from here as there are dishonest people handling peoples...

Delivery for the food is good, the best pizza I've ever had! Their wings however are good, but kind of pricey and small sized. I was disappointed by the meat that was on the bones, sometimes the bone was bigger than the meat if that's possible? Pasta is okay-sized, good not great. I recommend only getting the pizza and buying drinks, wings or pasta at a super market or elsewhere. Their prices are kind of over the limit compared to other delivery services like herberts and gerberts.

My feedback about the pricing; Delivery charge is 3$ extra, tax is already high for ordering food from pizza hut for some reason? And what's worse is the delivery person also asks for a tip on top of that, so... when you buy a pizza here for delivery the fee for like a $10 pizza is really like $17-$20 which I'm not very happy about. I want to tip the pizza delivery driver for his services, but the $10 pizza is already costing...

Friday night and lazy, so we call to order a pizza. They don't answer the phone after 3 separate calls so it goes to an automated message, where we got transferred to someone at a call center. I'm not even upset at this point, but I'm trying the best to articulate what I need and the person I'm talking to seems to be assuming everything and I can tell he can barely understand me. So after the completing the order, I call the local store (that I was originally trying to order from in the first) a other couple of times with no answer again! So getting kind of upset now, we decide to drive to the store since we don't want everything messed up. AND THERE IS ONE GUY WORKING AT 9PM ON A FRIDAY. absolutely ridiculous in my opinion but I can't blame the guy.. It's been over an hour now I just want to eat some damn pizza. I will never order from pizza hut again, nor do I...
