This was pretty upseting considering my own personal background in the culinary industry, and even fast service food. My order was incorrect, which it was a mobile order, I waited nearly 30 minutes longer past when my sub was supposed to have been ready, the lady who was working on my sandwich was moving as slow as she possibly could it seems and now I am unable to eat something for my lunch break. I also watched as this woman grabbed a paper towel from the hand washing Sink, and WIPED my Sandwich with it. The level of Unsanitary use was unreal. As someone who has gone through the training programs to earn my ServSafe certification including health and safety practices I wouldn't feel comfortable eating my food as well due to this. I've wasted my time going here again because my first time visiting this restaurant I got food poisoning. The manager I assume when they finally "finished" my order asked me if it was mine. fake apologies saying they were busy. When I was the only one in the store when I entered outside of 2 people sitting already nearly finished with their Food. Not to mention I came in a few minutes past my ready by time and place the order nearly an hour in advance. This isn't okay. Get yourself together. Do better.
Mini update: I got a chance to take a bite of the sandwich and it's not even edible. The steak and cheese doesn't even taste like a normal subway steak and cheese this is disgusting. I will update again if this bite...

Finally i decided to Never Ever come to this location again. They are not open on time. On sunday multiple times they were not open on time. In the early morning shift there employees are already in a bad mood. They all have a attitude. The OPEN sign is not on half of the time. They treat you as if they are doing you a favour. If the store manager or the owner looks at this review, please try to focus on your business. You are losing customers. However this last time I went the bread was stale, veggies were old, portion sizes are a quarter of what they were and my sandwich was folded twice becoming a roll. The man at the front was also dismissive and obviously didn’t want to be there. I’ve never seen any subway count the pieces of lettuce and pickles but they do here apparently.
