(8/24/25) Just devoured 6 special rolls with the fam. So far, they were better than the competitor sushi place at dumont. Will be ordering here again to see if the quality is still up to par. Wait for the review 2!

(2nd review - 9/3/25) Ordered salmon platter and superior sushi. Both superb. Salmon sashimi was a thick cut and it just melted in the mouth. The sushi was also very fresh and had just the right amount of rice, not too little, not too much. Even the salad that came with the order was crunchy and fresh, none of those withered lettuces. I work next door so I go pretty often. I have to say that the place is really good. I have tried their sushi there stir fried soba which so far is my favorite it’s delicious and portions are very generous for the price. There habachi is also good. No complains as to any food I have tried very happen to have them next door as it makes it super easy for me to get food while at work. The owner there is always super nice and even offers to bring my next door sometimes which they definitely don’t have to but they always insist. Bamboo is a small sushi and Asian food diner all in one. Mainly focused on take out, there’s only one 4-seater table inside. We dined in with kids and the owners and staff were so patient and friendly. The food came quickly and everything was delicious.
