Zeiderelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Duncannon

I am pretty disappointed with what I received tonight for dinner. Ever since I moved to Duncannon I have always gotten food from them. Whether it was pick up or delivery and the food was always really good. Tonight how ever it was not even enjoyable. I always order the same thing, a Philly cheesesteak sub with mayonnaise on the bread and no red sauce and my boyfriend always gets the Philly cheesesteak works with sauce on the sub and on the side. What we got tonight was two subs that were halfway full, there was more bread than there was meat, he had barely any sauce on his sub, and I had no mayonnaise on mine. There was also 4 separate tubs containers of sauce. Three were the red sauce and one was filled with mayonnaise. I have no idea why they would give me a full thing of mayonnaise and charge me for it when I simply could’ve put the mayonnaise on the bread at home with no extra charge. This isn’t the first time our order wasn’t right but the other times the food was still good. This time i was over charged and Was far from what I ordered. And on top of that my boyfriend found what looked like a piece of wood in his sub. Not...

THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND.

The food I had ordered, was sloppy, greasy and under cooked. The supreme pizza I had ordered was nothing like a supreme pizza was supposed to be. I had ordered food here before and never had an issue so to my suprise when I talked to the person in charge who gave me an absolute attitude while I explained what was wrong with my order, he screamed at me "YOURE NOT GETTING A REFUND." and hung up the phone. The way they practice their social and business skills was shocking to say the least... Hope none of you have an order that was wrong because they will flat out refuse to refund you. We will never be going back...

I ordered food last night to pick up. They told me 30 minutes, which was perfect because I had to go to karns first. I got there about 10 minutes early and let them know I was there... they were swamped! I played some pac man and waited a while and checked on my ordered and they said it would be a few more minutes! Honestly, I don't know how they do it! You could see how busy they were! Finally got our food and they kept apologizing about the wait! I told them it was fine and they run that place like a well oiled machine! Love that we have such an awesome place to go when I don't want to cook! Good...
