Literally the worst experience. I picked up a pizza 2 weeks ago, came back to work to discover it was raw. Called them and told them. They asked me to bring the pizza back. I told them I was working until later than night and was unable to leave again. By time I left work that night they were closed. They said it was no problem and they’d email me a gift card. They sent me a $5 gift card which does not cover the cost of the pizza I bought. The pizza was not edible that I went back to work with that day. I called them and told them I don’t think it’s fair that they only gave me $5 rather than a remade pizza. I’ve worked in a pizza place before, and it doesn’t cost that much money to make another one. That’s all they had to do. If It was my business personally, I would’ve refunded the whole pizza and gave them a coupon for another in the future. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. You could just hear it in her voice she was frustrated. After a few complaints, they finally decided to send me an email with the code for a free two topping and a small, tasty bread which I was happy about. I called them and placed the order and they told me that it would be ready in about 25 minutes so I went to go pick it up and I got there and they told me that the coupon was not valid. Read moreI've literally been pushed aside i ordered oct 14th they double charged my card now i have to wait another week to supposedly speak to owner not only that had to sit outside 25 minutes with delivery driver and when i called and told them i was upset and now my food cold and someone was supposed to bring me a recipe never showed i was told to call next day so i did and that lady pushed it all aside and said i. Read moreNot my favorite Tiffany's location. I usually go to one of the locations in Monroe because that is where I reside. I love Tiffany's Pizza and the pizza remake we received was still up to my Tiffany's standard but the staff at the Dundee location could use some extra training in Customer Service. The person who took my order got the order wrong after I had to repeat it three times and I only ordered one pizza. After I received the wrong pizza and informed them of the mistake I was told by a manager that they have to throw away the mistake pizza or they would have to charge me for the messed up pizza. When I worked as a Manager at Pizza Hut, if we made a mistake on a pizza and they had to wait for a remake, we always offered them something for the inconvenience (even if it is only the mistake pizza that we are just going to have to throw away).
