Subway — Restaurant in Dundee Township

Another great experience....zero costs....zero food.....very well aware of getting help...but training is the responsibility of management.....today at approximately 5:30 & there were 2 other customers in the Dundee store with me.....appsolutly packed...lol...here is exactly what we were told "You are going to have to wait a long time because we have a lot of App orders " .can they not divide & conquer both.....lock the doors already if you want to be exclusively an online business....I live in town & have no problem waiting in line if you can see an effort being made....but basically turning customers away is not a healthy...

I went in to the Subway in Dundee,MI on December 4, 2024 at 2:37 pm to see if an online order went through because the amount for what I had ordered was already taken out, the employee said I have nothing to do with that, nothing has came through, but the website when I tried to reorder kept saying my card was declined. So I got charged for food I didn't even get to eat and the website wouldn't let me reorder. The employee could have easily asked what I ordered and made it since I had proof that Subway charged me...

I ordered through the app! Just driving through the area. My sandwich was done 10 minutes before the time on the app said it would be. The bread was fresh and it had the perfect quantity of all the items I added. There was also no wait at all, as soon as I walked in I looked around and they asked me if it was a to go order, pointed me in the right direction and I was back on my journey!
