Super bizarre policies. I ordered a sundae, and, after paying, they handed me a drink carrier with a shake instead. I let the worker at the window know and tried to give the shake back to her. She said I would need to pay for the sundae and the shake because she can't take the shake back. I asked why I would pay for something I didn't order. She got a second worker, who was rude, and said that I couldn't have the sundae for free. I wasn't trying to get it for free, I had already paid for a more expensive shake that I didn't want that they wouldn't take back. They got a manager, who agreed with them, that if I wanted the sundae that I ordered, I had to pay for the sundae in addition to the shake that I didn't order and they can't refund me for the shake. I offered to let them watch me throw the shake away so that they could see I wasn't keeping both, and the second girl really snottily said "Sure, you will."

Read moreThe manager and staff appeared to be friendly. But wow, what a mess. It had appeared that the manager and kitchen staff were all new and it must have been a training day and they were all training themselves. It took sooooo long to get our food. They kept handing things out one at a time, constantly messing up the order and giving things to people when it wasn't even their order. Other customers were very upset and requested their ice cream to be remade. They certainly are incapable of handling multiple orders at one time, especially if it is more than one item. There were even several points where the staff was handing out food and desserts that didn't make sense and was not even ordered. You could literally hear the manager question his staff why they made that when it wasn't ordered. The manager kept apologizing to everyone, but with a crazy ran staff, disorganization, and other unhappy customers, this ruined the dine-in experience for my family, especially my kids. We won't be back to this location, ever. We were only here because there aren't many Grill & Chill's around...
Read moreThe food was delicious... When we finally got it. There were several people working there, but apparently only one that knew what he was doing... As he proclaimed that to every customer that walked in. After waiting for about 10 minutes for them to clean up a spill in back, that employee finally was able to come to the front and take our order. He said he had to go back and make it, as the employee on the grill was only a trainee. It was a large order, as it was for 2 adults and my 3 teenage boys... But we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for our food.
The food was delicious, but that employee needs to: Teach the other employees some of the jobs... It's not technical to clean up a spill, but HE has to do it. Not tell every employee that he's the only one that knows what he's doing. Stop micro-managing. Let the employee do their job, even if that means making a mistake while doing it!!
