The hotel is very outdated and very dirty. The bed was clean thank god, and the sheets all smelled clean. My first impression was not great walking up the front doors were dirty with looked to be old paint marker and the front desk was a mess with papers that had peoples personal information on them. The young woman working the desk was very polite and helpful when the young man walked up to the desk he seemed rude to the young woman. She seemed very capable and was handling checking me in just fine, but he kept rudely micromanaging the young woman. Then we walk to our room through a hallway that reeked of wet dog, weed, and pee. We got into our room and immediately we were unimpressed for a room that cost $110/night. The bed was not tucked or made well. The desk had a plug that was ripped apart, the bathroom tub was dirty, the toilet seat was clean but the back of it looked as though it had never been cleaned. The shower curtain was dirty, the window sills looked disgusting and the curtain was disgusting. The lamps that were in our room only two worked. There were chords strewn about in the room but nowhere to plug anything in. We had a wedding to go to and had traveled far away from home so we didn’t have time to book at another hotel, so we stayed. I will say it was very quiet! The hotel seemed booked full as the parking lot was full, but maybe the owners should take the time to keep some rooms unbooked and deep clean them.

I booked a room for December 16-17. I checked in, walked into the room, checked the mattress and found a maggot on the mattress. I went back to the front desk, let the staff member know and showed them the photo I took. His response was “that’s absolutely unacceptable” I asked for a refund and told him I wouldn’t stay there. He told me he couldn’t give me a refund but he understood me not wanting to stay there. He was really kind and understanding and I understand if he can’t issue a refund. I called the next day to talk to a manager and they are only there from noon-3pm, which in itself is crazy. Expedia tried to reach out and get a refund and they told me they don’t refund cancellations. I absolutely didn’t cancel. I showed up and left less than ten minutes later because of bugs and I have proof of both those things. I will continue to reach out and try to catch a manager but it’s absolutely ridiculous that they can take money but can’t provide a room that doesn’t have maggots. Maggots on a mattress is absolutely crazy. I can’t image how unsanitary the whole place is. Side note, the whole hallway smelled like eggs, come to find out, we could hear someone frying eggs in their room and that’s why it smelled like that, but still unpleasant, especially at almost 7pm. Also unsettling to know you can hear an egg frying two doors down.

I just wanted to explain how extremely unsatisfied I was with the stay, to the point I’ve actually debated going to the news or social media but I just normally don’t complain but figured your management should be aware if they aren’t already. There was a hole is the ceiling with wires sticking out, so extremely unsafe, there looked to be a giant cum stain on the chair, there was trash behind the bed, the blankets looked to not even be washed, and stained, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the exhaust fan above the tub had inches of caked up dirt/dust, the floors were atrocious, and the mirror in the bathroom literally had what looked like toothpaste spit all over that hadn’t been cleaned. I feel as a manager myself I would want to know these things to make them right. My parents also stayed in a room in which they literally found squashed roaches. Had I had money and didn’t spend what I had left on your hotel I would’ve immediately left. Staff was nice though.

Booked through Expedia. ( First mistake). I paid at the property went to the room and it wasn't the room I was promised. We had 5 people and they gave us 2 full beds. I requested the room we were promised and it wasn't available so we had to leave. The young man out front promised we would at least get paid back for 1 night but when I contacted the manager, that was so rude and wouldn't listen to me and promised to call me back, told Expedia that I would not get any refund. I would not give this rude place 20 bucks a night. I would have stayed but we could not fit all 5 of us on 2 beds.

Your stuff did promise that we would at least get the second night off. He was iffy on the first night but he did guarantee the second night. You weren't there nor could he reach you because he tried we watched him. Somewhere along the line a mistake was made in the room that we were promised we didn't get. You won't answer my phone calls and you won't call me back. Your hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever been in and you're a coward. You quoted me the one time that I talked to you for 3 minutes on the phone that it wasn't your mistake and you shouldn't be out money. What you failed to do was do the right thing for the customer. You're not about customer service you're about what you can make from people. If we could have fit in that hotel we would have stayed we were exhausted it was a four and a half hour trip and we checked in at 9:00 p.m. I want some slept for 2 hours because he works third shift so all we wanted to do was lay down and get a good night rest but because the room wouldn't fit us all I was penalized. So you can take the $200 that you charged and shove with the sun don't shine. But I will guarantee that when my family goes to Michigan and needs a place to stay I will make sure that your hotel is not one that they have in mind. Because again you don't care about your customers all you care about is...

Reserved the Double room! This was our 2nd time staying, so we were aware, that this is not a new hotel, but we enjoyed the Staff, and the heated outdoor pool so much the 1st time, that we came back. We arrive at 3:30pm on 8-9-25, the lady at the front desk, was not very pleasant JENNIFER, but I continued to be nice, and by the time I checked it, I seemed to of warmed her up a bit. We go to our room, where there were French Fries in the AC and smouched into the Carpet. So we went to the Front desk and asked for a Vacuumed. We got done vacuuming and DE cobwebbing the room, only 1 out of the 2 AC united worded and neither TV, we asked the front desk to please fix the TVs, while we went to Dinner. We came back and only 1 TV was on, ok...Lets just relax a few minutes, and watch some TV and cool off in the AC, thank goodnessd, the TV and AC where in the same room area, needless to say, I lay down on the bed, and the Pillows, flat out stunk, I went over to smell the other pillows, on the other bed, thinking ok, I will trade them out. All 10 pillows in the room, smelled so bad, I knew I could never lay my head on them. at 7:10pm we checked out, Our 3 day stay turned into 3 hour and 40 minutes, Jennifer was unable to refund our money and we needed to speak to Manage, and they would not be in untll 10:30 Monday morning. Person we spoke to on Monday, says it appears we are still checked in. We have called and requested Mangers to return our call, and expect at nothing less a refund, 2 weeks later, and still no response. Just an FYI, last year when we stayed, I left a...
