Read moreBooked through Expedia. ( First mistake). I paid at the property went to the room and it wasn't the room I was promised. We had 5 people and they gave us 2 full beds. I requested the room we were promised and it wasn't available so we had to leave. The young man out front promised we would at least get paid back for 1 night but when I contacted the manager, that was so rude and wouldn't listen to me and promised to call me back, told Expedia that I would not get any refund. I would not give this rude place 20 bucks a night. I would have stayed but we could not fit all 5 of us on 2 beds.
Your stuff did promise that we would at least get the second night off. He was iffy on the first night but he did guarantee the second night. You weren't there nor could he reach you because he tried we watched him. Somewhere along the line a mistake was made in the room that we were promised we didn't get. You won't answer my phone calls and you won't call me back. Your hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever been in and you're a coward. You quoted me the one time that I talked to you for 3 minutes on the phone that it wasn't your mistake and you shouldn't be out money. What you failed to do was do the right thing for the customer. You're not about customer service you're about what you can make from people. If we could have fit in that hotel we would have stayed we were exhausted it was a four and a half hour trip and we checked in at 9:00 p.m. I want some slept for 2 hours because he works third shift so all we wanted to do was lay down and get a good night rest but because the room wouldn't fit us all I was penalized. So you can take the $200 that you charged and shove with the sun don't shine. But I will guarantee that when my family goes to Michigan and needs a place to stay I will make sure that your hotel is not one that they have in mind. This was our 2nd time staying, so we were aware, that this is not a new hotel, but we enjoyed the Staff, and the heated outdoor pool so much the 1st time, that we came back. We arrive at 3:30pm on 8-9-25, the lady at the front desk, was not very pleasant JENNIFER, but I continued to be nice, and by the time I checked it, I seemed to of warmed her up a bit. We go to our room, where there were French Fries in the AC and smouched into the Carpet. So we went to the Front desk and asked for a Vacuumed. We got done vacuuming and DE cobwebbing the room, only 1 out of the 2 AC united worded and neither TV, we asked the front desk to please fix the TVs, while we went to Dinner. We came back and only 1 TV was on, ok...Lets just relax a few minutes, and watch some TV and cool off in the AC, thank goodnessd, the TV and AC where in the same room area, needless to say, I lay down on the bed, and the Pillows, flat out stunk, I went over to smell the other pillows, on the other bed, thinking ok, I will trade them out. All 10 pillows in the room, smelled so bad, I knew I could never lay my head on them. at 7:10pm we checked out, Our 3 day stay turned into 3 hour and 40 minutes, Jennifer was unable to refund our money and we needed to speak to Manage, and they would not be in untll 10:30 Monday morning. Person we spoke to on Monday, says it appears we are still checked in.
