Great customer service and delicious sweet healthy food options! I loved it ❤️ UPDATE: 3/4/2023 I usually really love getting my orders from here through online pickup but today I had a rather unfortunate experience. I was missing a fruit that I ordered and I also noticed that the the containers that they serve them were smaller and really smashes all the fruits. I called in to see if there was anything they could do about my order and mentioned the change in containers as well? The employee was not very sympathetic in trying to fix my order. They said they could give me a small cup of the missing fruit which would have been fine but at that point I finished my bowl so that wouldn't help. So they offered to give me some extra fruit next time I come which I said was fine. They didn't address the change in containers at all I thanked them for helping me anyway and they abruptly hung the phone up.

I always try and make an effort to mention this place to everyone one I know to support local small business but I don't want the people I know getting the same treatment so I probably won't be doing that anymore. I feel like it's not worth coming here anymore if I'm getting less quantity and quality. I hope you guys...

I had someone come into the store and order a chocolate chia pudding with topping and a açaí bowl with bananas and strawberries with protein. I first opened the chocolate chia and it exploded because it was over filled so it made a mess all over the place … the açaí bowl tasted bad and had just a chunk of protein powder that wasn’t blended in or anything just a things of powder which is all I got when I went for a spoon full . I tried calling and spoke to i believe her name is grav for short, nice lady no issue with her in general even tho when explaining the situation to her and hearing her try to explain to I believe was the person who made the bowls was pretty bad in explaining to her so it was kinda like a little game of explaining things many times ..I asked if I could get my money back instead of replacing the order but they won’t be able to give me cash back. i’m from edison and was introduced to this place by a friend. i drive all the way here for their smoothies and avacado toast. today, 1/28/23 at 10am, i had a weird encounter. i went right as they opened, the blonde girl in the back was nice and the girl with dark hair working the front was not. she had an attitude, and mind you i was the first customer of the day. i ordered the “IWANNA BANANA” with NO DATES& avocado toast. i paid cash, and watched as the cashier gave me my change with the gloves on ! gross! she proceeded to touch all my food without changing them. then after 10 minutes my food was ready, i was still the only one there, and there were dates in my smoothie. i ended up just driving home and eating just my toast, bc this establishment does not offer refunds and i’m not about to risk my smoothie being spat in. this place used to be my fav, always had good vibes and good staff. makes me sad bc i like to support small business, but this was a...
