Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dunwoody

On the surface, this store is up to par. Order placement, verification and delivery is sub par, and off my list of go-to restaurants.

Via drive-thru, I requested a Beyond Sausage breakfast sandwich as a combo (hash browns and coffee) but after hearing that it’s not sold as a combo meal, I settled for the sausage and one chocolate glazed donut. The accent of the teller was so strong, I just accepted the order and drove to the checkout window for clarification.

I explained that I thought that the teller had finalized my order as a Sausage Combo, then asked “what did I just pay for?” Maybe it was just “me”, but I was sure that I’d heard the next teller say Sausage Sandwich (as I was distracted by my own frustration). I drove from the window and checked my bag to find a bowl of sausage & eggs, and the donut on the side.

I parked and went inside for correction. After a wait longer than seemed reasonable, I was told that I ordered a sausage bowl (as shown on the receipt), then the bag was taken back as continued to explain that because of the heavy accent, I explicitly asked for confirmation of my order. When the new bag was given, I looked inside to find the sandwich there but no donut. Of course I asked how could they miss a simple item, and NO profanity was used throughout this whole transaction. The attendant condescendingly said to me “I’m sorry that you’re having a bad day”, and my response was “I was not having a bad day until this”.

Surely, this should not be the typical way business flows at this store, but it may be the last time that I shop here or send anyone this...

This Dunkin doughnuts never has what they offer on the menu, some of the staff is very unpleasant I work 2mins away from this Dunkin doughnuts my coworkers and myself visit here frequently because of convenience but I will soon start to visit Peachtree industrial location instead, it’s sad when you have to ask if you have something before you order so you want get disappointed....I haven’t visited this restaurant in a while because of the poor customer service and lack of inventory of food, today I said let me give it a try, as I pulled to the speaker I asked do you guys have everything to make a big and toasted the young lady who was very pleasant unlike several others there stated yes we do so I ordered a big and toasted and a OJ. I got my order, told the young lady about a huge hole that is directly under the window which will soon take a tire off and left, when I got to work I opened my sandwich and there is Swiss cheese melted on the , I hate Swiss cheese and this is not what comes on the sandwich! I wouldn’t be writing this review if I hadn’t asked the young lady if they had everything that comes on this sandwich before I ordered it, common Courtesy would have been to tell me they had no American cheese and let me choose what I wanted, I would have opted for no cheese....this is a $5 sandwich by itself I would love to eat it but I can’t, I hate the taste of Swiss cheese that’s melted all over this sandwich, please think more with your customers in...

I made an online order for 1 large frozen coffee. I go to pick it up (first and only time ive been to this dunkin location) and when I get to the speaker the person tells me that they can't make the coffee because their machine is broken. Okay. That's fine. I tell them to go ahead and cancel my order and refund the money back to my card. She tried pressuring me into selecting a different beverage, I tell her no thanks and repeat that I wanted to cancel and refund my order. She says okay. Never did! Trying to get customer service to address this issue is a joke! Went on the app to get it fixed and was offered 250 points instead of the 900 points it was worth! I said no thanks and to refund me the money. They reached out in email for my information to have my money refunded and havent heard back since! Its been over a week.
