From start to finish, this meal was an absolute delight. The General Tsoâs chicken packed the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spice, making every bite irresistible. The crispiness of the chicken paired with its rich sauce created a texture and flavor combination that was simply outstanding. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing it, making it one of the standout dishes of the meal.
The shrimp fried rice was another highlightâeach grain of rice was flavorful, the shrimp were plump and well-cooked, and the seasoning brought everything together beautifully. The balance of textures and the depth of taste made it a truly satisfying addition to the meal. Whether eaten on its own or as a complement to the other dishes, it was nothing short of delicious.
Equally impressive was the beef and broccoli. The beef was tender, juicy, and infused with rich, savory flavors, while the broccoli maintained a perfect crunch. The sauce tied everything together, ensuring each bite was infused with a deep and satisfying taste. This dish exemplified balance, delivering both freshness and bold seasoning.
If there was one area that could be improved, it would be the wings. While they were cooked well and had great texture, a bit more seasoning would have taken them to the next level. They were enjoyable, but they didnât quite reach the same flavor intensity as the other dishes. That said, they still contributed to an overall fantastic dining experience.
Beyond the incredible flavors, the service was top-notch. Everything arrived quickly, ensuring the meal was fresh and hot. Speed and efficiency made the experience even more enjoyable, rounding out what was truly a five-star meal. This spot is absolutely worth visiting, and Iâll...
Read moreTLDR: Two stars because the broccoli seemed fresh and tasted good. The rest of my meal was not enjoyable at all.
I don't understand what happened here. The reviews for this place are overall great, so I was excited to try some dishes via UberEats. I really hate to leave low reviews for any business, especially in a time when some businesses are struggling. However, I do have to be honest and this was a bad experience. I completely wasted my money on this food.
Fried Wontons: I'm posting a video to go along with this review. They were so over-fried and hard that they were unpleasant to bite into. After taking a bite, I realized that there is essentially no filling at all. Please watch the video to understand what a small amount of filling is in this, it's super dry, almost paper thin, and I was actually shocked by it! Broccoli w/Garlic Sauce (with fried rice.): My fried rice was so dry, and the only flavor in it was soy sauce. I love pretty much ANY fried rice that you put in front of me, so this might be the first fried rice that I ever didn't like. The peas were dry, gray, and they looked freezer burned. I totally skipped eating this fried rice because not even the sauce from the tasty broccoli could save it. The wontons in the soup as well as the steamed pot stickers were just bland, and exactly the same quality of any frozen wonton or pot sticker. I guess the best way to describe them is that they were edible, and that's it.
This is really a shame, and I hope that it was just a one-time thing, and not a sign that they are giving up on the flavor and quality of...
Read moreJust did my first takeout order here. It had above-average ratings so we gave it a shot. We were not disappointed. You can taste the fresh ingredients. The chicken fried rice reminded me of the fried rice I used to get as a youngster which I havenât found in decades. Not sure what the secret is, but it was damn good.. We also had chicken and broccoli. The broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked. You know how sometimes when you get broccoli dishes at Chinese restaurants the broccoli is just mushy and overcooked and almost looks brownish-yellow? Not here. This broccoli was a deep, rich green color and was not over-cooked. It was tender, yet it still had a good crunch to it. The chicken was also very good. We also had an order of fried dumplings which didnât last very long since they were so good. The dumplings had been cooked perfectly with a little bit of a crisp outside, but not too much and they traveled well. They were still crispy when they made it home. I would add that General Tsoâs is more of a takeout place than an eat-in place, although there were a couple of small tables inside. This is why I didnât give it any stars for atmosphere. I ordered and paid online and my pick-up order was ready when I got there. I walked in and walked out and was back home in 10 minutes. It was a nice surprise and we will definitely be making this our takeout go-to for Chinese in the future. I look forward to trying more of...
