I need someone to contact me concerning the horrible experience I endured at the Krystal’s located at 1447 Highway 138 SE Conyers, GA. I visited the restaurant, through the drive-thru yesterday, Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 7:10 p.m. The cashier or Host #2 asked me to pull down, and my order would be brought out to me. I did pull down and waited until 7:24 p.m., where I parked and walked inside. Once I entered the restaurant, the unidentified manager was at the front counter, she was on the phone explaining to someone, that someone had walked out and quit. I stated that I had been waiting for my order and if I could get a refund. She stated that they didn’t have any chicken, and I could have my food, in a very nasty tone, and walked away. She proceeds to the back, never offered an apology for my order taking so long and stated to the cashier to get my food before she gave the next car in the drive thru their food. Once the cashier brought my food my food over, the 12 cheese krystal’s I order did not have cheese on them. I stated that they did not have cheese, and could I just get my money back. She walked away, and after 5 minutes, she returned and stated that she could add cheese to the order. I stated that was unsanitary to take food from the bag and add cheese to them. I asked for my money back again. The cashier went to the back again for 5 minutes, came back and stated they would redo the krystal’s, I stated I just wanted to get my money back, and that I would dial 911. The cashier’s response was o’well. I dialed 911, the Rockdale County Sheriff’s deputy came out and spoke with the manager while I waited in my vehicle. She kept the food there, located the door, and did not give me a refund. The Deputy gave me a case # and advised to me file a civil action against management and krystal’s because of the behavior and treatment. The management was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and will cost that store to lose revenue and eventually close. I want my money refunded back to me, and I will never eat a krystal’s ever again. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars!! I am really confused why to even have the option to "pickup" on your website! I am also still upset with my experience today and want to leave a review! I was really wanting Krystal's today! 2621 Dawson Road, Albany, GA. My husband is also working long hours and wanted to make sure lunch was quick and efficient by placing an online order on the website! Once the order was placed, the given time said 11:42 AM! I left at 11:30 AM and was able to get to Krystals and in the drive thru to pick up at 11:40 AM! I thought just in time! It wasn't even busy, I get up to the window where the associate tells me to pull up and wait for my order! I had to wait 20 mins! There was also cutting up and laughing with the driver in the car behind me from the associate being unprofessional! I am getting more mad the longer I waited!! Especially knowing I am on a strict schedule and needed this order by 12 because my husband and I were having lunch and it should have been ready when it said on the order it was going to be! I had already saved time by placing an order online, or so I thought!! When customer's place orders online it should be ready by the time that it gives! This voice comes thru stating " there will be a 15 minute wait due to shift change"! REALLY ? Oh well I'll wait I say, the voice came back on telling me I'll have to drive around because I could not stay on the buzzer!? OMG! By now I really give it to him telling him for one thing your boss is gonna have a fit you stop business for shift change which no one does! But you have turned away at least 5 customers since I've been here so if he ever finds out you probably don't have a job, so I suggest you don't ask me seriously to drive away due to a buzzer and shift change! He then asked me " please get off the buzzer and drive around the building" all I could say was THATS THE TROUBLE WITH YOU KIDS THESE DAYS YOU DONT WANT TO WORK FOR A LiVING!
