It's really not that hard to mess up an order here unless you don't speak Korean like all the staff do. It has been an ongoing problem here since the Korean owners/staff took over. Quality degrades each time. Every time I come here there is a language barrier and a problem getting them to understand simple things I try to convey to them for my order.
The language barrier was bad today. I was asked any ingredients I did not want on my sandwich "No onions". she replied it back to me as a question "No onions?", to which I replied "No onions". Well, I got onions anyways. After the oven, the next step is to ask if I want anything on the sandwich... she skipped that step entirely and just quickly wrapped it up. Damage was done, no point in pointing out the error and waiting for another to be made. I got things to do.
Note others, eat here only if your expectations are very low. I would not expect a change in quality here until ownership changes out. The food would be fine if they would simply understand what...

Had dinner there with my family and sat down at around 7pm where as soon as we sat down we were being glared at by the gentleman behind the counter. It made my son very uncomfortable so we checked to see what time they closed which clearly said 9pm. Went to get some pickles for our sandwiches where they had already been put away plus everything else. The gentleman who wouldn’t stop glaring at us as he walked the floor not cleaning up anything but decided to continue giving us dirty looks. My receipt was wrong, web asked to correct it was met with resisitence, it was wrong the second and third time. I was told not to worry about it because it was only .50 off. I asked to cut my sandwich in thirds (as I have three kids with me who eat like birds) and they told me "it's already cut in half..." Then she cut it into four pieces... The service, poor, unfriendly. Only gave it two stars because I like the subs. I couldn't find the wifi password posted anywhere and when I asked for it it did not work the first time.
