I placed an order for 4 Jellycats online.But only 1 Jellycat Napping Nipper Dog was sent to me by USPS. This package weighs is 0.18lb.And package is not damaged.This Jellycat Napping Nipper is 0.18lb. The sales missed sending 3 Jellycat Little Reindeer to me but refused to admit it. I sent emails to communicate but the sales said I was a fraud.Then I made two phone calls. One sales said it's because Jellycat's policy is to only send one item per order, but he needs to communicate with the sales who replied to my email and then call back. I waited for two days and called again,the sales who replied to my email answered the phone and said again that I was fraud and hung up the phone. You refuse to admit that you missed the 3 Jellycat Little Reindeer to me and you also refuse to refund.Why not to confirm the shipping weight?Four Jellycat toys is at least 1lb!I called USPS and the USPS confirmed this package is only 0.18lb! If you don't want sending Jellycats to warehouses,you can send me an email telling me to cancel my order.Why send only 1 to me and not to admit it?...

This is the first store I’ve experienced that sells so many products to help others and I love how positive the messages are on so many things that they sell . Candles that feed kids in need, car coasters that donate a cut to a mental health organization, cosmetic products that help women’s organizations. There’s so many unique finds in there between cute decor, gifts, cook books and just really unique items that I’ve never seen any where else. I’ve bought notebooks and decor with inspiring quotes, inspiring little books to cheer up friends or family, gifts for kids birthdays, adult drink mixers, jewelry, cosmetic products, bbq items, charcuterie items, gifts for my man, car coasters that have inspiring little messages. I really love what the store stands for and how unique their selection is. Hands down...

Just stopped in after my dental consult and this shop was just the sweetest find. Be prepared to spend at least an hour to look around. Inspiring trinkets, sweet gifts, romantic treasures to celebrate your relationship and a store full of self spoiling products from something to keep you busy or creating something beautiful and especially if you need a self spa day. Personally I grabbed a set of "open when" love cards for wjen my husband is far away for long periods. Plus some "shop local" gifts and some gorgeous local made jewelry. Absolutely love this place, will be by in a few weeks to pickup gifts for my niece, a sweet unicorn child to celebrate and I saw so many presents to let her know how perfect she is just the way she is...
