New ownership ruined this place. Food isn’t that great, orders are consistently wrong, constantly out of stuff, closes whenever they want instead of the posted 8:30pm time so you show up just to find locked doors and lights out etc. don’t waste your time here.
Tonight really pissed me off. I called around 7:40pm to place my order of vegetable pho, gyoza and house fried rice. At 7:55pm Daisy from Isushi is calling me asking me if I’m picking up my food, I was two minutes away. I get there, grab my food, tip $5 and head home. I get home at 8:05 and open the containers to see that they gave me beef pho (literally the saddest looking pho ever) instead of the vegetable pho I ordered. I called at 8:08pm and no answer so I call again and again and then just grab the food and head back. I get there at 8:15 and THEY CLOSED!! they still had diners when I was in there around 8pm. I was so pissed. This is the 5th time they have blatantly given me the WRONG order in the past 2 months. They’ve given me beef and broccoli instead of chicken & broccoli on two separate occasions, gyoza instead of veggie tempura, dumped an entire jar of minced garlic on dry, chewy, old chicken when I ordered the garlic chicken and the list goes on.
This place used to be sooooo good, I would get chicken udon soup , teriyaki and sushi multiple times a month. Then they got new ownership that ruined everything. The food sucks, they took a bunch of items I used to order off the new menu, they just close whenever they feel like it, orders are always wrong, they run out of ingredients all the time, wait times can be up to 30 minutes when being told 10-15 min pickup over the phone etc.
Such a shame this restaurant doesn’t care about their paying...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I would. After getting my sushi today I found a very long black hair that was clearly not mine. After taking it and showing them what I found the the lady in the front counter took the sushi to the back to try to find the hair and hide what was going on from the other customer that was in the store. I remained calmed and respectful and showed the man behind the sushi bar where it was. The man then saw the hair and didn’t apologize or asked if I wanted a refund or a complimentary meal. All he said was if I wanted a fresh batch of sushi and I said I did. After waiting another 5 minutes or so I tried staying close to the sushi counter to see if they would actually make a fresh batch of sushi. The lady at the front counter then told me to wait by the door where I couldn’t see them preparing the sushi. The Lady then brought me a new bag with supposedly new sushi after inspecting the sushi in my vehicle it look exactly like the one I had before but this time it didn’t have the hair. So they clearly removed the hair and gave me the sushi back. At this point I was unhappy with there customer service and asked for a refund. The lady at the front then gave me a cash refund without my exact sales purchase. She gave me 18 dollars back when it should of been 18.59. I know it’s just .59 cents but the fact that they did not give me my exact change says a lot about this business. There customer service is poor and they don’t seem to appreciate there customers especially since many of them are either Active duty military or veterans I use to eat here up to 3 times a week and after this incident will not be eating...
Read moreI ordered togo and while ordering, I didn't see the option to ask for silverware nor the option to opt out of the side salad that comes with the chicken teriyaki. When I picked up the order, I asked if there was silverware in the bag and the lady got an attitude and said I didn't check yes to the silverware. I told her there was no option to ask for silverware. She walked away still talking trash, saying you have to check the box yes for silverware. I again said there was no option. She handed me the silverware with an attitude.
I'm not sure why silverware wouldn't automatically be placed in the bag for a togo order, considering most togo orders are from people on the go. If the only way to get silverware with an online togo order( I assume if a togo order is ordered over the phone or in store, then the silverware is mentioned then) is by asking(which is I understand) then please make sure the option to ask for silverware is available online.
