Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Durant

I am an SE student and I love this place and the student workers (especially Jerica). The food and drinks are always good, but service depends on which older person is working. Today I came in around 10:40. There was one person inside and one in the drive through when I placed my order for a large cold brew. After I ordered it started to pick up. I would really like to know why I had to watch at least 5 cars in drive thru and over a dozen people inside get their food before I got my one drink. I had to wait almost 25 minutes. In fact, half of the people inside finished their food and left before I got my ONE DRINK. Again, I love this place so I’m not sure why this happened today but it was absolutely ridiculous. Apparently make sure you get in the drive thru if all you want is a drink or you will be waiting for...

My turkey bacon Avocado was somehow dry and soggy at the same time. The ciabatta bread tasted like it had been frozen and then thawed. The Avocado was so thin and watery that it soaked into the bread. You couldn't even scrape it up because it was somehow so liquid that it soaked in completely. Can't speak for the other menu items but stay away from the turkey...

I usually go to Blake’s to get avocado toast but sometimes they’re out, so I go to Einstein. Definitely a step down. They barely put any avocado on the bagel and they just kinda throw the bagels in the box stacked on top of each other. I don’t want the little avocado they have on the bottom of my other bagel.
