EZPAWN — Local services in Durant

They have a nice selection of items but the staff is constantly in flux and half of them don't know what they're doing. I have watched them split up a special edition Playstation and controller combo (this decreases the value of the items significantly) one time I bought a Nintendo Entertainment System, I brought it back after 2 days because it didn't work and they refused to refund me or give me store credit. I was told that it's standard at sale to let customers know that they have 24 hours to return items or they can purchase a warranty. Neither of these things were told to me at the time of sale, and the return policy is not printed on receipts. It should also be known that this is a chain pawn shop so they offer about 25% of what an item is worth when you are selling it, so just don't expect to get a lot of money from them. This is a pretty alright place. You can find games for real cheap. However, do not try to buy a console from here because A.) The price is a little steep for some of these consoles and B.) The return policy is awful if you don’t buy a protection plan. The policy states that if you are given a defective product, you have 1 DAY to return for something of equal value “as determined by EZPawn” or store credit. Finally, there’s a good chance that you’ll be waiting in a line of 3-5 people on average despite there being 3 registers.
