Arby's — Restaurant in Durham

Seems like a fair amount of employee turnover, but regardless, my food is on time andthe majority of the time hot and fresh tasting (whether or not it is fresh I have no idea , but it sure seems that way)! Bathroom usually has a few issues that need tending too, sometimes just a toilet flush and quick wipe down will take care of said issue... Nobody wants to clean the restroom or a clogged toilet, but if whoever notices it really dirty,( toilet/sink not working, due to whatever) is able to remedy the situation, pony up and do it! Unpleasant tasks like the dirty toilet, can usually be plunged, fixed, and sanitized in less than 5 minutes overall, seeing as though I almost never use public restrooms other than to wash my hands I dont see them up close and personal thus I'm giving a 5 star rating 😊 This one, the Braggtown location is actually better than the N. Roxboro Rd location to me personally, especially if you are eating at an unusual time, not the typical lunch or dinner rushes, this Arby's makes your food as you order and is always hot like i previously mentioned! Sorry about going down a bathroom rabbit hole, it would just be so much nicer for everyone including employees... Especially employees (They use them the most throughout the days!) to have a clean restroom right?! Been an Arby's fan since i was little and my grandfather would take me to the Arby's when it was across the street where the check cashing place is now! i remember the huge cowboy hat...

I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS STORE FOR 7+ YEARS! This is the worst it's been. It's so dark at night it looks closed. The only lights are in the windows which aren't that bright & the rest of the dining room lights are off. The parking lot is dark. There's usually no cars in the parking lot so it looks closed. I'm sure you lose alot of business to this. I've had to drive around the drive through to get them to take my order. Once I even had to go to walk in, I could see the employees inside they just were sitting in the dining area not working the drive thru. They went through about 2+ weeks where they would take cash only. The food has been terrible... the meat is bad the cheesesticks are greasy and gross. I've had attitude from an employee for asking for extra sauce. Why is the dining room closed?!? There are plenty of employees when I go through the drive thru did it to be open

You got the 1 star for FINALLY fixing that pothole! 👏 My car thanks you.

Also PAUL was a great manager.. the food was always great. The employees were great. Some things need to be fixed or I'm afraid this location won't last.

MY REVIEW FROM 2018: Arby's usually has friendly service. Their fries & cheesesticks are always good..their Roast Beef Sandwiches are hit and miss. Sometimes they look like real roast beef & sometimes they look more like a mystery...

Advertisement at drive thru menu shows ( I'm 90% sure) two choice sandwiches for 6.99! (shows pic of two sandwiches, one chicken and a roast beef on the menu). My friend and I ordered two roast beef with cheese sandwiches. The total was $10.28. I thought nothing and continued accordingly - until my friend mentioned the advertisement: 2 for 6.99! When I asked the guy at the window about the two for $6.99 deal, he said that the sandwiches we got did not apply to that deal. The Sandwich's were good however. they didn't put any napkins in the to-go bag, but they did add condiments. You cannot dine in at this restaurant At other local food chains, dining in is available. Siskel and Ebert would have given it one thumb up one thumb down. I give it four stars. It should be three but the clean appearance from the outside allowed for extra star. Durham, N. C.
