If I could give 0 stars I would have for this location. Came through drive-thru and received the worse experience from the male manager at 10:11 on 11/19/2022. Missing items and after speaking to a male manager about missing item then calling right back and speaking to a female manager about missing another item I missed when I noticed also my son orange juice was missing too. My son drives back to the Bojangles and the male manager is communicating threats and refusing to give our paid items. I dispute the charges for services not received and got my monies back. This is the worst customer service especially coming from a manager telling my son what times he gets off vs simply doing your job and look at the cameras and would obviously see they did not give us two missing items. I have filled out a contact us form and I would like the district manager to reach out to me right away about the manager behavior and temper and have more training on customer service to the customer especially when Bojangles is wrong for not giving me what I paid for and having to drive from Cary twice was a headache but the manager said he didn’t care about that so BEWARE before going to this location unless you want missing items and a manager to threaten you about...
Read moreBoth times, I specifically asked for an extra biscuit to be placed in a separate bag—and I emphasized it clearly at the drive-thru window. I wasn’t trying to be difficult; I had a simple request and was paying extra for that biscuit. Regardless of someone’s reasoning—whether it’s dietary restrictions, allergies, or personal preference—it should not be up for debate once a customer has communicated a clear request and paid for their order.
Instead, both times, I was given the biscuit inside the same bag with the chicken, after asking TWICE for it to be bagged separately. And what’s worse? It seemed like the biscuit may have been handled and then returned to me, which makes me seriously question whether it was even a fresh one or just the same item I initially rejected because. That’s not just careless—it’s a potential health risk. You never know someone’s reason for making a request, and honestly, you shouldn’t, It shouldn’t take someone having a potential allergic reaction or a serious incident for food safety to be taken seriously.
I really hope management takes this feedback to heart and implements better training around listening to and respecting customers’ requests—especially when they’ve paid extra for something. It’s basic...
Read moreIt was night time and the place had a a lot of people there, We walked in and we had are order taken by a very nice Mexican lady she took out order, she even gave us extra chicken, we thanked her and we moved over to wait for are order, then another woman gave us are food and I said “is this mine” and she said yes I took my food and politely asked for more honey mustard and she pointed to the 2 honey mustards on the plate so I just walked away, as I was eating my food 2 people were asking for a to-go box and the people said “shut up and stop talking about me” the people laughed and left I was standing right there and I didn’t hear them say anything, even thought they were being very rude I brushed it off as they had waken up on the wrong side of the bed, however once I was done eating I walked up and asked for a to-go box the same lady how had refused me an extra honey mustard for my brother, she was frowning like I was somehow annoying her, I grabbed my to-go box and left. This was overall a terrible experience I do hope they overcome whatever was making them mad, and I do not suggest this Bojangles if your looking for...
