Had another two weeks stay here and were set to check out the next day prior to being evicted. The events that unfolded that got us evicted… They have a pool as well as an outdoor grill that we had used numerous times throughout the week. On Wednesday we had planned to use the grill again and had already prepped our food. This cost us about $100 dollars as it was multiple ribeye’s and we had even purchased one for one of the front desk clerks that we had shared company with the nights prior. We gained access to the pool area and started the grill as we had previously. This requires unlocking a gate because they have it locked as it is the winter season. After that we began socializing with other hotel patrons in the lobby as on Wednesday nights, they provide complimentary snacks and drinks for guest (this includes adult beverages.) When we were finished with that, and the grill had had time to heat we went back to find the gate had been locked back. I went back to the front desk to ask that it be unlocked again however there was a different clerk attending the desk. He refused to unlock the gate again stating that the area was closed. I explained to him that we were given access to the area and that we had the grill going for us to cook our supper. He still refused and said that the area was closed. I asked to speak with the manager on duty, but he would not contact him either. He then accused me of being drunk and called the cops. I then left and went back to my room because I was not interested escalating it to that level over some petty disagreements. The next morning, I asked when the manager would be on duty to discuss the events of the previous night and we left to go to work. This was at 6:30 a.m. and the grill had run all night as well since we weren’t able to turn it off or use it. While we were at work the manager called my coworker and said we needed to return to get our stuff and that we were banned from the hotel. This wasn’t an issue because after how we were treated, I was not planning on rebooking with them ever again. Over the past eight months we’ve spent over $25,000 dollars at this hotel in rooms and have had no issues before that. I am very disappointed with how things were handled and that nobody was interested in hearing our side of the story. Obviously, I nor the other individuals in my party will be staying here again, but I will also not be recommending or booking this hotel to any of my other employees, friends, or relatives. Read moreI stayed here for 5 nights for a business trip. I sat on my sofa in the room, on the 7th floor, and was prepping for the next day of business. I proceeded to get bit numerous fire ants on my lower back. My backpack, which also sat on my sofa, was full of fire ants. I got bit attempting to save my personal belongings inside the bag and threw my backpack out into the balcony. Contacted the front desk and was informed they could not move me that night, and did not even offer to come upstairs to assess the situation or offer a solution. They immediately jumped to either getting a refund or offering me points, which again, did nothing to fix the problem. My company payed for the hotel and points where not going to remove the ants. I was forced to sleep in that room that night, freaking out every few seconds imagining fire ants crawling on me. I barely got any sleep that night. I was then notified I had to empty out my room that morning so that they could quickly clean the room and have it prepared for the next guest that afternoon. The front desk clerk told this to me right to my face when I asked to come back at lunch to pack my belongings because I had to be at work in 30 minutes. I had to throw my belongings into small bags and take them downstairs, causing me to be late to work. The hotel manager was consistently avoiding me, and I attempted to reach out to him multiple times a day and began receiving excuses as to why he was not available. My favorite was when I was told the manager was upstairs and would not be coming down for sometime. I asked where he was upstairs and they would not tell me. I later found out that many of my coworkers had bug related issues in the same hotel during our stay there. Some found fire ants, flying ants, and even cockroaches!!! Quite frankly, it was my worst hotel experience. ever. I can understand how fire ants are out of some control, but the lack of accountability by the staff and manager jumps out to me the most. I have stayed at this hotel before and was surprised by how terrible the procedures and standards are at this hotel. I typically choose Hilton Hotels for my stays, but might be switching to Marriott after my experience with this staff...

I telling to front desk and the make change room for our left booked night. and I found cockroach at new room(differance floor)|so.. when date of checkout Im going to front desk and ask for terminate to our goods. because we don't want bring our goods to our home. it will make more big problum. but they said I should bring all goods to my home now we can't left our goods at hotel after checkout. ??? also they said it is not bed bug. what?...|I just ask termination from terminate company to our goods own from hotel for no more big problum. but they said it is not bed bug and they will throw away to our good if we left our goods at hotel.|I has call to police for this situation and they provide storege for our goods, but still they said it is not bed bug and they will throw away to our all goods.|please look my photo don't you think it is bed bug and cockroach?|also I have movie bed bug and cockroach moving at hotel room. it is not possible uproad to here.|I will make bill to hotel for replacement cost when hotel really|throw away to our goods.|I hope no one getting situation like us. remember first room coming bed bug and second room coming cockroach, is you trust to clean this hotel? even also hotel.manager said it is not bed bug, it is not cockroach, it is not our hotel's picture..?????|It mean is they not gonna be hire termination company. they will provide same room to ohter guest on today without termination.|They must be accept my claim and hire termination company for future.|but they not.. they don't want spen time and money fir termination with|specialized company.|Im one of Gold member at hilton also have Globalist tier at Hyatt.|I never has been experiance like this at Big brand Hotel.Im sure this hotel is most worth hilton in the world I will claim at website where I link to youguys. and hire lawer if I need.|I will update result about this situation until case...
