It has been probably 10 years since I’ve stepped in a Bruegger’s bagel and now I know why. The first thing I noticed was how tiny the bagels were in comparison to 10 years ago. I almost thought it was a mini bagel. I purchased the peppered bacon cheese and egg sandwich on a plain bagel. First of all, it was not peppered bacon, it was peppered egg. The egg was probably the worst tasting egg I’ve had in several decades. Unfortunately, I am spoiled and eat mostly organic eggs, but didn’t realize how dull and plain a microwaved egg tasted. I’ll give them credit for the fact that the sandwich was extremely hot. It was so hot that I couldn’t eat it for five minutes, in fact, almost burned my leg, while it was cooling. The sandwich was tasteless, the bacon tasted bland, the egg was horrible, but I must admit that the bagel was the best part, even though it was small. I purchased a cup of coffee, dark roast, the coffee was actually good, though the cream container was empty, and then when I asked to refill it, it seemed like the biggest chore. Once received it only had about a quarter cup of cream in the entire container. Not sure exactly the reason for this lack of filling. The next person would probably have the same problem as I did. Overall, my experience was extremely poor, but I gave it higher than normal rating because the coffee was very good. Needless to say, I will not be visiting here probably ever again. It’s a shame that a place that I used to come to often, many years ago, has gone...
Read moreI wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service we received from your team. Yesterday, we placed a catering order for our Pharmacy Week celebration, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.
Upon placing the order, I included a special request in the comments section, hoping to add a personal touch to our celebration. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were absolutely delighted to find that each box was adorned with an adorable printed image that read "Happy Pharmacy Week" and "Thank You For All You Do." This small but incredibly thoughtful gesture meant the world to our team and went a long way in making our Pharmacy Week celebration truly special for our hardworking employees.
The quality of the breakfast was, as always, outstanding. The bagels were fresh, the spreads were delicious, and the variety catered perfectly to our diverse tastes. Additionally, the pick-up process was a breeze. Everything was ready and organized, allowing us to get back to the office swiftly.
Your team at the Shiloh Crossing Bruegger's Bagels has proven that you not only excel in providing delicious food, but you also go above and beyond to ensure your customers feel valued and cared for. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Read moreMaybe it is just early Saturday mornings?? I had been going to this location for the last several years to pick up bagels and cream cheese for my employees on Saturday mornings. I'd buy a bagel bundle 2-3 times a month. Starting maybe 2-3 years ago the service starting getting awful. I would get there at 7:00 when they opened and often there was no one even there yet. Closed and dark. Other times they would be open but have no to minimal bagels ready. This was more often than not. I finally got tired of leaving early for work, going out of my way to drive over there and then having to drive back to work to tell my employees (that were counting on bagels for breakfast) that, sorry, they didn't have anything ready again. I stopped going there at all about a year ago. I decided to try again this morning...maybe they changed? Got there when they opened and they hardly had any flavors on the shelf AGAIN! That's it. I love Bruegger's bagels but this place on Saturdays mornings is not dependable. The staff is also usually rude about them not doing there job....like it's my fault that I get there when they open. I actually expect bagels...
