I just spoke with a “Premier Banker” named, Jamie. She was chilly at best, & when I explained to her what I was trying to accomplish (after having been promised a call back that I never received FROM Jamie), she was non-caring and nonchalant. I told her that I had discovered my sister’s dead body 2 wks ago and was trying to navigate this situation. Her first words weren’t condolences nor anything like it.
