I wish this locations customers would post the good experience just as fast as they post the bad. 2/4/2024 The light skin in the blue shirt with nose piercing is a W manager! Her customer service was top-tier. Kept the employees moving the drive through. I literally sat and just watched the way she kept things going so assertive but sweet! Kudos to her! The chicken wrap was well done and tasty and the buttered biscuits were šš thanks to the boy with the braids. It looked like they were understaffed and yet blue shirt let us know they were working as fast as they could. We had questions about the options and she was very patient and pleasant and explained the menu well. The staff was very nice and friendly, good sportsman ship at this location i heard them encouraging each other on getting in a higher spot whatever that mean and i also heard them cheering another staff member off ā4th place you go Jalenā well put together store And well managed

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTODAY (10/20/24) I RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE!!! If you having a bad day stay home or quit!!! I walk inside and Iām the only customer inside the store. Maybe two vehicles in the drive thru. Iām browsing through the selection of donuts and it took me less than a minute to figure out what I wanted. So Iām standing there waiting for one of the 3 employees to ask āmay I help you ā and after 4 to 5 minutes Iām still the only customer in the store, employees walking back and forth without any eye contact. It was like I was invisible! Then finally, probably after 5 minutes one of male employees asked me did I need help and I said yes, Iāve been standing here for a while and the employees walking around not even looking in my direction. Then he said āsince I wasnāt standing in front of the register he didnāt know you needed help ā. So thatās you alls reason for not helping me. Thatās crazy! Can we take a little pride in our job. I have given this place several chances. The doors have been locked to the inside when it was supposed to be open, items have been missing from my order when I was told it was all there (luckily I checked before I left, and had to drive back around through the drive thru and wait on people in front of me to pick it back up at the window because no one brought it out to me), the phone is ringing in the place and no one knows where the phone is, employees complain about mobile orders coming thru, got charged wrong and had to get a refund, and most recently, my bagel was burnt. I specifically ordered a lightly toasted bagel because Dunkin has a history of overcooking, making the bagel burnt, hard, and too crispy. It still was burnt anyways and stunk up my car.
