I had high hopes for this place but they disappointed me a little. I got the chocolate chip something.. milkshake I think. Presentation was amazing. I had chocolate sprinkles instead of chocolate chips on the outside of my cup, it definitely makes a difference. I believe was ice cream was over blended, tasted like milk instead of a shake. The whip topping melted extra fast, not a disaster fact but it did play apart in my rating. And the worst part was that the one cookie you get with this thing … was hella stale. I went to this location to try out their ice cream because they had 5 stars. I definitely don’t think it’s a 5 star establishment but did give it 3 stars (The rating is more for customer service than quality ice cream).

Pros: Friendly staff, accommodating, made suggestions on what to get

Cons: ice cream coolers did not look clean, products were not properly closed, used cheaper product brands like Great Value, employees seemed a bit too young to run the store, did not have a good inventory system

I had to update my review I used to really enjoy this place it was a good place to go and get little snacks and treats I used to go in and get me in my three kids stuff and it will come to about $25 I just went in there today and everything came to over $40 for the same items I've been getting regardless of inflation those prices are outrageous I also asked for the cheesecake crepes and she put some kind of cream cheese in it it tastes raw uncooked and terrible the last photo is the most recent item I purchased from there and it's just...
