Overall the worst experience I've ever came across in my life. I went in as an Uber Eats driver and no one acknowledged me or the person in front of me. The one associate went from around the counter talking loudly on his phone asking to be picked up. He then went back around the counter to the register while two teenagers went to him to get sauce but all of the sudden the associate started to literally say to one of the teens "you think I am playing, you won't even make it out here alive". Which he may have known them but that is still unprofessional and he then proceeded to go outside with them.
A young female associate came in and I thought she would help us but all she did was just giggle at her associate who left. She put her belongings down and proceeded to go into the back with the two other associates ignoring everyone inline to continue making pizzas. There were a total of four associates who ignored all of us in line, no one acknowledged any of us. Everyone of the associates just stayed in the back making pizza and cutting the pizza after cooking them without using gloves. They were literally touching all over the pizzas with their bare hands after they were cooked.
I cancelled my order after waiting in line for 12 minutes which there was only person ahead of me and he was not even acknowledged or taken care of at all; everyone was ignored.
I highly doubt they properly clean their hands let alone their cell phones which are cesspool of germs. Myself and my wife will periodically clean our phones with rubbing alcohol, I can assure you these employees do not take the proper cleaning measures for anything in their daily life.
If you don't want to get sick DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not only is the customer service the worst I've ever experienced as a driver but the safe food handling precautions are completely non existent.
So thank you for wasting my time, my money, my customers money, and their time. My advise to the franchise owner/operator completely overhaul the staff with people who actually want to work and care about the...
Read moreMy experience at Little Caesar on Friday evening was not good at all. That restaurant had to have been short of staff however they had people lining up at the drive thru and sit in there for minutes like I did 15 minutes or more not knowing that the drive-thru was not going to be used. It took a customer coming out of the restaurant to yell at the ones that was at the drive-thru that the drive-thru was not being used. After I sat there 15 minutes I went inside and as I got to the counter I asked the lady at the register what happened to the drive-thru. She said they couldn't use it. I said well someone may need to put a sign out there to let people know that was not going to be used. She replied that she told the two people that was in front of me that it wasn't working (using the drive-thru speaker)however that was just two people. I assume they will get new orders and just driving around. However the second car seemed to be speeding off but I thought maybe that they were just upset because they sat there long. They could have had someone tell the people as they got up to the speaker that it The drive-thru wasn't being used. They didn't have anyone at the window to collect the money. It seemed like they used that person to help inside. There were several people inside the store waiting to order or to receive their order Inside. That was my worst experience there. I like to go to Little Caesar because the prices of the pizza are very good however that was one of my worst experience. I've been there plenty of times. I have gone through the drive-thru with no problems so I hope they get to hire enough people to run the full facility because the pizza is good. They just don't have enough people to run...
Read moreI order from Little Caesars frequently, because I love their thin crust pizza. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Last night was the worst, however. The Little Caesars mobile app was down (which occurs very often), so I called the store to place an order. The person I spoke with told me my total was $19.34 and hung up without taking my name or any contact information. I showed up at the drive-thru 30 minutes later to find out they never made the order and had no record of it. I re-ordered at the drive-thru where they charged me $23.xx, about $4 more than my original total. I waited in the parking lot where they assigned me and another car to the same waiting spot. I shared the parking spot until a woman brought out a single pizza and said "here you go" as she pushed the pizza into my window. My order consisted of two pizzas and one side which I had just ordered from the same young woman. I told her that was not my full order. She was surprised then returned to the building to check for the rest of my order. She came back with the rest, handed it to me, and walked away. I realized soon thereafter that one of the pizzas was completely wrong. I ordered cheese - because I am a vegetarian - and received a pepperoni pizza. I chose not to return, because the drive-thru line took 25 minutes the first time I went through and I had already spent over an hour dealing with this Little Caesars. The staff are usually friendly, but my orders are often made wrong at this location. I would rather drive further to a different location or buy from a different pizza restaurant all together than return to the Little Caesars Pizza...
