I went here a few times and got some $20 dollar sandwiches. They're good, that's why I keep going back for more. I've been thinking a lot about the different Jersey Mike's I've been to and there was one I went to in Raleigh or Durham that had extra crispy bacon. I feel like if the crispy bacon was an option it would optimize the experience enough to where I would buy an additional 3-5 sandwiches per month. Maybe the crispy bacon was a mistake at that location, but it was so good on my club supreme that I was unwilling to share it with my family. Anyway, I love the sandwiches and last time I was here I wanted to eat my sandwich so bad that I blew the engine in my car while driving home. It had a good life, and I bounced it off the rev limiter one too many times. Life goes on, and I'll be back for more after I rebuild my engine.
Edit: I think this is where I got that bacon that was extra crispy. This is the location that did that. I can't guarantee it will always be like that but thank you for that crispy bacon on my...
Read moreAs other reviewers noted, staff turns off the “open” sign an hour before closing. I ordered the big kahuna chicken with no cheese online and came in to pick it up. Noticing the open sign was off, I was worried I came too late. I asked if they were closed, and they said no. Okay. I asked if there was no cheese on my sub just to make sure and the person behind the counter looked at my ticket and assured me yes there was no cheese. I went home and open the sub, and the chicken is RAW. This is not the first time they’ve made this sub and did not cook the chicken. I called the store and when the person answered, I overheard her say to someone else, “did you put cheese on the sub? This is probably him calling.” I told her the chicken on the sub was raw and she said I’d have to bring the sub in the next morning. When I asked for the store managers contact info, she said the store manager doesn’t allow their contact info to go out but she gave me the number of the assistant manager. Not at all happy with...
Read moreFresh sliced? That did not happen at this location. My wife and I are vegetarian and usually do not have a problem with Jersey Mikes cleaning the slicer when we order the #14(Vegetarian). This store however was a different story. We usually don’t have to ask to have the meat and cheese slicer cleaned when ordering the #14 (vegetarian) but had to ask to have the slicer cleaned - to which the girl said they already had the cheese sliced (despite their motto “fresh sliced”)...the #14 also comes with green peppers, the girl sliced them on the slicer we specifically asked to clean earlier and she did not. What in the world makes her think it would be okay to slice a veggies on a slicer with meat shreddings all over it if we didn’t want cheese sliced on it (un cleaned)? We told her no to green peppers after we saw that she sliced the peppers on the slicer full of meat... I hate to call people or this store lazy but that’s what this all points to. Very disappointed considering the...
