They RUINED my proposal!! I'm not living in the area but I was visiting my family when we decided to get a ring for my girlfriend. The proposal was SUPPOSED to be in May but they royally messed that up. The manager Mike, told me that I wouldn't have to worry and that they would hold off on mailing the billing statements. I had to provide my address for credit purposes, I told the bank, I told Mike but it was all for nothing. They mailed the billing statement as soon as they possibly could and my girlfriend found it. She texted me and let me know about the letter and I had to mitigate the disaster as best I could. I asked her to toss it but she said she'd leave it on my desk for my return. When I made it home, I didn't find it on my desk, but in the trash, shredded up. She now knows about my plan on proposal and that will NEVER CHANGE. I'll never get a chance to do this again and Jared is 100% at fault! To another point; they don't know how to read directions or communicate. I was on a very tight schedule and needed a stone replaced with a better one from another ring. When I went to go pick it up, they set it in the wrong ring. I'll never ever be shopping at Jared and anything they try to do will not fix the fact that we'll never have a special...
