Jumbo China & Grill — Restaurant in Durham

I know everyone loves this place because I sure did but tonight was the last straw for me !!!! for the last 2 times I came there was always something wrong with my food and customer service suck but I kept coming back but no more!!! I waited 30 minutes for me to get home and Comfortable to find out that my food is wrong so I take it back to wait another 25 minutes and then try to slack me on my food and gonna serve the food I bought back to someone else nah I’m good on this restaurant.. They could have done better . I’m gonna spend my money where i’m treated like something………………….. it’s 12/16/2022 try to reorder through uber eats and my food still was wrong !!!!!! I want my one star back !!!!!! and y’all need to learn Customer service people please stop giving them...

I haven't even tasted their food yet and they have 1 star for poor customer service. Female was on the phone the entire time while we were there. We weren't even sure when she was taking our order because she was on her phone loudly talking. And then she talking in her foreign language so I don't I even know if she talking about us. In one word, this place is horrible! We waited almost an hour after their assigned scheduled pick up. To add insult to injury, we have multiple duplicate orders, so vegetarian and some meat - none of which were labeled. The woman who answered the phone spoke perfect english. She was courteous and repeated our order, but but once we tried to address our concerns, she feigned 'not knowing english'. Food was lacking. Service was worse!
