I ordered chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich, the nuggets were cold as ice, and the chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it was picked up from the floor cooked a second time and served to me. I wasted 11$ there and I wished I could have put no stars because they don't deserve not even a half of a star! They both were rude, did not say a word to me but carried on a conversation with the people in front of me, needless to say I'll NEVER go back! Idc if I'm starving and they were there to save my life because no other food place was around, I would rather die than go back to that DUMP! *Update on 09/09/2024 * It's been a couple of years since I was last here, I decided to give this place one more try, I went in to order at the kiosk, I said that my food was for '' here'' it tells me to pick a number so I chose 4 , I sat down the number and went to wash my hands , I decided to get my cup because I just got off of work at the hospital and I was thirsty, no one ever greeted me , just handed my food in a to go bag ,asked if I needed any ketchup and handed me my food . She didn't say '' have a nice day '' nothing! Mind you my food was a dine in , no greeting no nothing. Biscuit didn't taste that good . I will go to Hardee's for now on. Read moreUnfortunately I had to come back and edit this. Originally, this was my review....It is my absolute favorite McDonald's out there. The staff is so kind and they've never gotten my order wrong once...and I go at least 4 times a week! That's really saying something!.....Now there is something I would like to add. I've been having major issues with my McDonald's app for at least 2 months now. The technicians have been trying to fix the problem with the app, but so far it's still not working. So far all of the employees and managers that I've dealt with at this McDonald's see that it's a problem with the app and so they still give me the deal that the app offers. Until I went a few days ago and met a manager I've never seen before. I didn't get her name, so all I can say is that she was a mexican female, maybe in her late 40's-early 50's. She was the rudest person I've ever encountered at this McDonald's! Unlike all the other managers, she refused to honor the deal. And she was very rude about it. I was being very serious in my original review about going there at least 4 times a week...honestly we go almost everyday. I'm now having a very hard time deciding if I'll ever go back to this particular McDonald's. And I hate that, because everyone else there is so friendly and helpful. Read moreI eat at this McDonald's a couple of times a week- mostly breakfast before work. It is usually a great place. The workers are friendly and they absolutely do their best to get everyone's orders out correctly and in a timely manner. My order has not been wrong once since I started eating here. Last Friday, Jan 6, 2023, was a bit of a different story. It was slammed! The drive- through was packed and there were at least 20 people waiting inside. The cashier was doing her best. She greeted everyone and apologized for the wait. She had wonderful customer service. The manager then yelled at her, in front of all the customers, telling her to "be quiet", and "do her job. They know what's going on, they can see we're busy, you need to be working on the food, not talking to them." Some of the customers told him to stop yelling at her, that she was just being polite and was doing her job. That seemed to make him madder, because he yelled at her again, to hurry up and be faster. She was doing the best she could. With 20 people waiting in the lobby, I still got my food in less than 7 minutes, slower than usual, but it was an unusual day. I did not like how he spoke to her at all! There was no reason for it, and he especially should not have done so in front of the customers.
