Carrot cake tastes and looks like nothing more than spice cake mix with a scant amount of finely grated carrot. No raisins, walnuts, pineapple, coconut, etc. I expect more than that from a professional bakery. Since I was spending several hours at the neighboring animal hospital, I went back to return the product. Yeah, it was only $4, but it was real disappointment and I was looking for the comfort of a good piece of cake while I was waiting for tests to be run on my dog. Customer service was great initially. I received a different response when I wasn't happy with their "come back tomorrow when the manager is here" response, after they called the manager to consult. They offered another cake, but I no longer wanted to eat cake & I found the avail flavors kinda ordinary compared to other cupcake type of businesses, and not worth the calories. I just wanted my money back and I don't think the girl behind the counter respected that. After another phone call was made to the manager to see if they could refund my cash payment, I was finally reimbursed, but informed it would "throw off their drawer". I hope the business uses this to improve product...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of enjoying a birthday cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, and it was an absolute delight. The cake was not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. The first thing that caught my eye was its beautiful presentation with intricate detailing and a charming bundt shape.
As I took my first bite, I was instantly impressed by the moistness and texture of the cake. The flavor was rich and indulgent, with a perfect balance of sweetness. The cream cheese frosting was heavenly, adding a creamy and tangy complement to the cake's sweetness.
What truly sets Nothing Bundt Cakes apart is their commitment to quality. The cake tasted freshly baked and was made with high-quality ingredients. It was evident that a lot of care and craftsmanship went into its creation.
Overall, the birthday cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes was a scrumptious and memorable treat that made the celebration even more special. I would highly recommend their cakes for any occasion, and I look forward to savoring their delightful creations again...
Read moreThis location has officially let me down a handful of times. If you are not familiar with the Morrisville location than you have no idea what Nothing Bundt cakes should actually taste like. From inconsistencies in size, texture, and most importantly taste, tonight was another attempt after taking a break for 4 months and yep, still not as good as the Morrisville location and let me down once again. Carrot cake is over cooked (which is definitely not the first time I’ve experienced this from this location and lemon cake taste like dye or better yet, straight chemicals. I am officially done for good with this location after giving it a chance way too many times and watching it never live up to the expectation and reputation...
