The servers that work there attitudes are disgusting, we booked a table for 10:45p and we were seated at a table and ordered hookah while waiting for the rest of our group. When we ordered the hookah we tried paying cash she says with an attitude âI will just have to close you out and thatâs if I have changeâ I wanted to leave right then but stuck around and boy was I in for a treat, she came back and said that she didnât have change so we used card and while waiting for the hookah another person came up to us with a another group of customers and said that we could move to the table behind where we were originally sitting, as if their reservation was more important than ours, and asked us who seated us as if we seated ourselves. She confronted us in front of customers which is wrong for ONE, she then kept stating that the specific table we were at had already been booked so we are looking confused and embarrassed this whole time because why would you confront us in front of customers and second what made you think we wanted to sit at the table beside it with no heater and poor lighting back there. then she asked us to follow her inside so we could figure it out and she told us we could move to the table beside it once again (making it seem as if their reservation was more important than ours). Mind you the whole establishment was still empty even the inside. We opted to get a refund for our hookah and take our business elsewhere since the servers think that because they work there they can ruin peopleâs nights with their nonchalant attitudes and careless manners. Would not recommend. So if you ask for a refund there is a way that they can donât let...
Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hookah lounge. I made a reservation for 6 pm, but didnât get seated until 7:15 pm due to the place being understaffed. There was only one person working when we arrived, but I will say that Madelyn and Tia were great. They greeted us with hospitality and tried their best to accommodate us, but the service went downhill after that.
We ended up waiting over two hours for the hookah to be set up, and just as we were about to leave, we were told the hookah girl had finally arrived. However, an African American girl with straight hair and blonde ends approached us, asking if we were leaving because she needed the table. The whole lounge was EMPTY! It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to treat paying customers like that, especially after we had waited for so long.
Itâs one thing to have staffing issues, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. We spent hundreds of dollars and had a reservation, yet we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. Honestly, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and unless this issue is addressed, I wonât be returning. I would appreciate it if management contacted me to...
Read moreI've been a hookah enthusiast for 14 years, and I've had the chance to sit with some of the best hookah experts in the world. Last night, I asked to mix Love and Lady Killer flavors together, but I was told it's not possible. I understood that in some places, certain hookah mixes or setups must not be combined. The second issue arose when I asked for a tool to adjust the coals myself. As someone who professionally smokes and understands hookahs, we know how to manage the coals, and we prefer it that way. But they refused to give me a tool, saying it wasn't possible. I accepted that too. Then, within half an hour, I requested fresh coals, but they refused again, saying the whole bowl would need to be replaced, which would cost an additional $10. In my 14 years of smoking hookah at the best places in Russia, Germany, and Turkey, I have never encountered such issues. I'm not saying this to criticize, but these are serious matters that reflect poorly on the business. I kindly urge the owners to pay attention to...
