I have been a loyal Randy's Pizza fan for more than 10 years. When this store opened I was happy because it was closer to my house than any other. However, after my most recent experience I don't think I can do business with Randy's anymore. I placed an order online for a Pizza and some garlic knots. I arrived at the store promptly and the order was ready for pickup, great! After getting home I determined that they in fact gave me the wrong order. This was a bit of an annoyance but I was willing to just eat the pizza I got rather than the one I ordered, I just wanted credit for the difference. I called the store and was put on hold for 6 minutes before getting to speak to the first person about this issue. Although polite, the First Lady was completely clueless. She tried to tell me they gave me the correct order and I was wrong about what I ordered. Since I ordered online I just pulled up the email and quoted to her exactly what she said. The best response I got was "oh...ah..hold on dude." I was then give to someone entitled "the manager" who informed me if I wanted to drive the 40 minute round trip again they would remake the pizza but if I wanted any kind of refund I would need to all the "people" who own the ordering system. Of course this didn't make any sense because I placed an order using the button that said "order online" off their website. After going back and forth simply asking for the refund of a few dollars I was transferred to someone else who introduced himself as "the manger" again. This gentlemen was gruff, rude and not helpful in the least. Despite the logical request the pizza shop credit me for the difference he refused and said I should "call the owner and b!tch to him instead" and spouted off his phone number. Maybe it is just me but I will not do business with an organization who treats customers poorly. I'm okay with mistakes, just own up to them and make the correction ... its...
Read moreI will NEVER use this location again. They completely lied as to when they could have my order ready in order to simply get sales. DO NOT tell me what you think I want to hear if it's not the truth. I could have went to our regular location which was wayyy more convenient. Oh & they were actually honest concerning timing. When I arrived I gave the name for my order and was told it just came out the oven & was ready. I immediately paid and then was informed after I paid that, "Oh, actually the pizzas are just going in the oven & it'll be another 20 mins"... in addition to the 25 min. wait time I was originally told. Edited to add: neither pizza was made correct & I tried to call for almost an hour while continuously being placed on hold in mid sentence LITERALLY. Over $50 spent for 2 pizzas that were thrown in the thrash because none of my 4 kids or 2 grandkids would eat the uncooked,...
Read moreFirst time trying Randys and will never come back. We just moved here and had been given a coupon for 1 free pizza. My boyfriend went and placed the order, we ordered the Randys stromboli, cheese fries with bacon, onion rings, and the free 14” pizza. He also tipped them 15% at the counter. The “man” with the man bun behind the counter seemed annoyed by the free pizza deal. Amoung many other things.. Not good customer service at all! So assuming since he was so annoyed about a free pizza coupon that WE WERE GIVEN FROM THEM, our food was horribly made. Not only was the food cold for some reason but the onion rings were super burnt, literally barley any fries in the container at all. The pizza was OK. BUT the stromboli was really good I must say! It’s ashame because the food has potential, only if Mr. man bun didnt have his panties twisted this possibly could have been a better...
