Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Durham

We stopped coming to this Starbucks. I want to be fair, I think the problem right now is that there is just a ton of staff in training. Keena is consistently great—she’s expedient, makes my drink correctly, and is pleasant. If she’s not working, I would walk in, see the staff, and walk back out. The new team cannot seem to recreate any of the signature drinks and it takes ages for them to figure out what to do. There’s always a weird interim period where they all look panicked and stare at each other, hoping desperately that someone ELSE will make said beverage. It’s just not how...

Terrible customer service. The employees don’t know the drinks. I explained what I wanted (matcha lemonade) and the cashier was nice, but the woman making the drinks acted annoyed. The cashier asked the other woman how to ring it up and she put something else in, when I showed them the app and what it usually costs, the woman making the drinks said, “we have no control over that,” even though the screen had something different than what I ordered, so I said never mind and left. Carla, one of the other baristas is super nice and knows the drinks, but I haven’t had a good experience...

I just stopped at Starbucks in Harris Teeter to order a couple of coffees, at 7:30pm and I was told by the girl behind the counter to please hold on and she'd be right with me, the other girl working next to her says "what are you doing?" and looks at me and says "sorry, we're closed". I went to look up the other Starbucks hours to see if they were open and low and behold, the one im standing at still is not supposed to close for another 7 minutes even as I write this review they should...
