Golden Wok — Restaurant in Eagan

Oh man, that lo mein was terrible. Update 12/7/23: Doordash delivered someone else's order to my door from this restaurant. Amy C. you ordered the egg foo young and some dumplings. I waited for someone to show up and take it from my front door but no one came for 1/2 hour so I called in your ticket number to Dash support. Doordash told me you got a full refund already and told me to keep your order. If I were you, I wouldn't order from this restaurant ever again. I felt guilty taking it but I was left with no choice as I have no idea who you are and you wouldn't want a stranger 3rd party involved with your food and nor would I in this situation. I had to see if my 1 star review from a year ago still held ground and boy did it ever... This is some awful excuse for egg foo young and steamed dumplings. Rubbery, bland, overcooked, like its been under a heat lamp for the last few hours in a build-a-bear factory. In a very small way, I'm glad you didn't suffer the disappointment this restaurant considers "quality food" for your sake. Please spend your Doordash budget with a different place than this so called "Restaurant" here in Eagan. I hope you read this one day, miss Amy C. I'm very sorry it wound up so stupidly in error by Doordash and especially Golden Wok for the terrible version of something they sell as edible. #dodgedbullet...

Try and avoid this place at all cost spare yourself the aggravation time and money I placed an order for the first time here at this establishment and I order 3 combo meal and and order of fried chicken wings which I asked them not to over cook them I asked to do not fry too hard not too crispy I made myself clear on that and the same for the chicken in the orange chicken I asked for no orange peels and they still put them.in, the last part just blew me away when I also suppose have gotten a free order of 4 cream cheese wontons with a order over 25.00 my order was double that amount and guess I didn't get either, so when I called back to tell them everything that was wrong with my order and the lady was so rude said they will bring me my wonton with my next order just overlooked what I just told her about the whole order and I almost forgot they also forgot my steamed broccoli I paid extra I didn't get that as well, needless to say I will never order from this establishment again the cashier were very rude aggressive argumentative blame me for them getting my...

People complained about the food. However, there are certain foods should be enjoyed when it was hot and served at the restaurant. I beleived Golden Wok is not a place you can sit down and eat. Some of foods like lo main is not for takeout becuse those noodles will definitey get soggy and soft. It is very simple becasue those noodles would be steamed by its own heat after they stayed in the takeout box for quite some times. I like their food. They offered good enough portion for each order and they prepared the food quickly so you don't wait too long. I wouldn't say they have best American Chinese food in the market, but they are decent and worth a try. And if you are a fried rice lover, yeah, I would say avoid ordering from them. But they do have some good foods offerings. Look, some restaurant are good at certain dishes, they can't be all that good for whatever...
