Yeti's Grind Coffee - Eagle — Restaurant in Eagle

I recently visited Yeti’s Grind during a road trip, hoping for a quick stop for coffee and food. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a long line that didn’t move for about 10 minutes. While I understand that staffing can be challenging, the employees appeared very overwhelmed, and I felt for them.

After waiting for 20 minutes, I was finally able to place my order. Another 20-minute wait followed for two Americanos and two bacon burritos. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. The burrito tasted reheated rather than fresh, and at $12, it felt extremely overpriced.

The most frustrating part was that they ran out of coffee lids, causing me to spill my coffee. The main reason why I stopped here was for a quick bite and coffee to go, so it was very frustrating trying to balance full coffees with no lids and not spill. My shirt is ruined now.

I also noticed several other customers were also frustrated with the wait times and the situation.

I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope Yeti’s Grind can address these issues to improve future customer...

Today before work I went in for a simple iced caramel macchiato and a bagel with cream cheese. Usually the service is really good but this time I had to wait almost 30 mins just for them to get my whole order wrong. People that ordered after me were getting their food first and when I asked if my order was almost ready they said yes but I never got it. I also asked them to remake my drink since it wasn’t what I ordered and they gave me someone else’s drink instead and it was a white mocha. I was already really late to work since I was waiting for my bagel and had to leave with no bagel and a wrong coffee drink. A girl with a bandanna on her head was just on her phone and talking and the guy was making everyone else’s food but mine after continuously asking him if mine would be ready soon. I was polite but this is not good...

Good coffee and decent breakfast sandwiches but the service is just terrible. We live locally so go here a couple times a year. We know that if we order online the order will always be wrong and we have to put it in at least 45 mins in advance otherwise it won’t be ready. Every time we pay to add avocado and they’ve never done it. So I tried calling recently and Bailey answered, she couldn't have been more rude. I ordered two coffees and two sandwiches. She told me that next time I call I need “to order these separately because they need to go in the computer”. No idea what that means. She was short with me and I felt like I was the biggest inconvenience of...
