My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday evening as walk-ins to order at the counter and sit in the dining room to eat. My employer pays me cash and I did not know advance ordering and paying was required. My order totaled 11.43 and I gave $15.00 consisting of 3 fives. Cashier asked for $0.43 more, so I gave him the coin. I then had to explain he owed me $4. I was told problem was more people were walking in the door so I was instructed to go sit down and they will bring out my $4 change to me at the table. I waited to assist my friend with his order. He ordered totaling $9.31 and paid $20.51 as we didn't have the dimes and nickles. He was shorted $1.00 change. After a long wait at the table, my friend went up for our pizzas. He was told the wings will be brought out. My pizza was missing the sausage I asked for and paid for. It was also not as hot and delicious as prior experiences. Without explanation my receipt shows I was charged for a 2 liter coke but I requested a 20oz and 20oz is what I grabbed from the refrigerator. My friend never got the wings. The 3 teens were too busy with online orders for any corrections and service. We felt very unwelcome and felt they took revenge on us because we were paying by cash. Door had a sign saying sunday buffet was unavailable, but this is Saturday and reviews indicate it's a regular occurance to not have the buffet. We traveled to New Holland from Manheim township, so we weren't aware how bad this restaurant has become. In years past we were aware of no more wait staff, no more plates, ice and fountain soda. But now they can't even handle cash as payment, or get the order right or at least fix it if it's wrong. Photos of pizza and receipts attached.

Stepping back into history, I guess nostalgia made things seem better than they turned out... For starters... There was no hard menu visible. Ordering was done from takeout menus, placed at the register. The Pizza: was exactly as I remembered from over 30 years ago, slightly greasy, crispy, pillowy, balanced. Reasonably priced. Mozzarella sticks: generic, nothing dynamic, Italian seasoned Mozzarella sticks. Overpriced for the amount received. We arrived during the lunch buffet time frame to find it not in service... no matter, we were there for pizza, not salad, no fountain soda, drinks were from the take out soda fridge.

This place is a shell of the former Pizza Hut dine in restaurants - no servers, not even plates. This is essentially a carry out place that held on to its booths, tables and chairs. However, if you’re looking to travel back in time and enjoy a good quality pizza, you can eat in the dining area and recapture a part of that 80s/90s atmosphere. For those memories, it’s worth a stop.

I placed an order on the website for curbside pickup, and arrived 15 minutes after ordering. The order said to expect it to be ready in 10-20 minutes, so I waited in my car for my single pizza to be brought out. After 35 minutes after ordering, I called the store, wondering if it would be finished soon - no one answered the phone. I finally went inside, waited another 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged to find out what I was waiting for, then finally received my pizza, which had been sitting, finished, in the warmer for who knows how long. The pizza was fine, but tasted and looked as though it had been sitting for some time. I was, however, impressed at how well this place was following COVID guidelines and trying to be safe. All of the workers were wearing masks properly, but they were completely swamped with orders and did not have a good system. Seems like a management issue. If a restaurant offers curbside pickup, I expect to get my pizza at the curb. There's no reason I needed to wait 45 minutes for one pizza to be ready, especially when the website clearly stated 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed, Pizza...

A few places we were going to go either was crowded or closed and kinda got a pizza craving and decided to go to. Went in late afternoon/early evening. If you are looking for a sit down experience pass this place. They only offer the buffet lunch on Sunday I believe and seem to only care about dining in probably at that time. I asked if they did salad buffet during lunch and the female server pointed to the buffet lunch sign. With that I should have realized the service we're going to get. We said there's going to be two for dine in and she said you had to place your order at the register. So we ordered our pizza and then said we wanted to fountain drinks, she said they only offer 20 oz bottles or 2 l. We got our 20 oz sodas and went to a table, younger guy came over with the pizza in a takeout box. I went up to the counter after he dropped it off to ask for plates, an older guy said we're out of paper plates so offer them the regular plates. Really...
