Couldn’t be more disappointed. We drove 40 minutes to specifically eat here because they use beef tallow to cook their food.

We arrived around 6:40 and asked the bartender how we are supposed to order food. He tells us we can order at the bar or with a QR code. We took our menus to the table to decide what to order and when we went back up to the bar, he took our order, then told us the kitchen is closed. Apparently the kitchen closes at 6:55 on a Sunday and we were a minute too late. He never notified us of this when we first arrived and the kitchen was still open.

We had to sit there and finish our drinks that we didn’t even want anymore while watching everyone else being served food. There were still about 5 tables that had numbers waiting for their food. In retrospect, we realize he didn’t even check with the kitchen.

We were excited to be loyal customers but didn’t even...

If you're in the area and looking for great bar food and a solid selection of beers, this place is definitely worth a visit. We ordered a few appetizers to share, and each one was spot on. The pretzel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with a cheese dipping sauce that had the perfect consistency. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the portion size was just right for a side dish. We also tried the buffalo wings, split between garlic parmesan and classic buffalo. Both were flavorful and satisfying—especially for a spot that doesn’t specialize in wings.

From ordering the beers to receiving our food, the service was excellent. The place is clean, spacious, and has a relaxed vibe, making it a great spot to enjoy food and drinks while watching sports on the TVs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back spot with great...

If you are looking for a low key but great environment, this is where you want to go. They have board games and even have a shuffleboard table for patrons to enjoy. Then there is their events! Every Tuesday is bingo night, but every 2 Tuesday is mingo night. Wednesday is wine down Wednesday where they offer wine specials, but as a bonus they also do wine and paint . I highly recommend this! I didn't participate but watching the detail and fun the participants were having I know it was a great time. And, now to my favorite trivia Thursday. They do both themed and random, depending on the host. Now for the kicker! They offer a drink membership called the brass collar membership. For every pint you order you actually get 20oz for the same price as the pint in your own...

Really nice interior and atmosphere! Although they only had 1 bartender on the pretty busy evening we went, Sam handled it with ease. We had fun playing bingo and chatting with another patron. I do wish they had more of a cider selection on tap and maybe even a mead but they have some in cans which will do the job. They also have lots of bar games and seem child friendly in the early evening hours we went. No food but they allow you to bring in their own. We live right down the street so I’m sure we’ll be back! Happy to have this downtownđŸ«¶đŸ»

This place was wonderful! It was loud enough to be lively, but not so loud we couldn’t talk and enjoy our date and play a game of scrabble. The bartenders were all kind and willing to answer questions and help us at every turn. The whole building seemed spotlessly clean and there were so many beers it was almost hard to choose. We were told to come here for the peppermint porter and it was wonderful. Truly a stand out holiday beer! Our experience here was lovely and although it is quite a distance from us we will plan a trip back!
