Tropical Burger — Restaurant in Easley

If you are in or even near Easley and want a burger, you NEED to eat here. They even have chicken and meatless beyond meat vegan option! As you walk in the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. We were greeted with a smile and my teenage boys were greeted with fist bumps. The owner was updating some shorts reels, and photos and was very friendly and chatty when my boys started talking equipment, channels, and such with him. He gave us a run down of the menu and made suggestions based on the boys likes. The guys at the grill were friendly and chatty too. The food was quick to come out, was fresh, and hot. The burgers were juicy and had delicious flavor profiles. The fries were hot and well seasoned. The sauces that they have as well are phenomenal. If you enjoy sweet and savory, get the sugar daddy burger. If you're super hungry, get the Tiger burger. For dessert, you need to get the churros! My boys were given a complimentary churro as part of helping the owner with his shorts reels. The churro comes loaded, drizzled with Nutella, crumbled oreos, and m&ms. Let me tell you, that hits the sweet spot! All in all, our first time there was such a wonderful experience that we will be making the drive from Seneca any time we want to grab burgers, and you should too. I've been hearing a lot of great things about this place, so I decided to try it while I was in the upstate visiting family. Every good thing that was stated is true. This place is awesome delicious, has extremely generous portions, & is very fair priced. My sister & I each got an El Obelisco Pepito, which is an open face French baguette piled up with grilled steak, grilled chicken, cheese, & bacon. It also includes perfectly seasoned fries. Sister also ordered Southern Desgranados, which is seasoned, grilled sweet corn with Parmesan cheese & is served in a pretty sizable cup. Neither of us were expecting such large portions & were only able to eat 1/2 the pepito & she only took a couple of bites of the Desgranados. But we're both very pleased to have a whole extra meal for tomorrow. This is a new business that is in an old Bantam Chef location. Judging by the amount of business we saw while we were there, these folks will soon outgrow this location. Despite being so busy & cooking each order up fresh, they got our food out pretty quickly. And those sauces!! They have a variety of sauces available to add to any sandwich or as a dip for fries. The sauces are made up there with fresh ingredients. I just have to say if you are wanting to try this place I definitely would! As for my experience it was pretty great. I went with my small family of three and we were able to order, get our drinks, grab some sauces, find a place to sit, chit chat a little and our food was ready. All of the sauces they had to offer were unique and tasty. I got the Sweet Daddy Burger after much deliberation and it was the perfect blend of sweet and savory. My son got the kids chicken sandwich and much to my suprise it was a big sandwich. I had a bite and it was also very good. The fries for me were okay but I definitely DEFINITELY recommend getting the tots, those were sooooo good. Nice and crispy on the outside and still fluffy on the inside. I cant wait to go back and try out a different Burger as they had so many with mouth watering combinations. The prices of their food the the amount and quality was spot on. I left not finishing all of my fries and was full. Im a really tough critic when it comes to food lol and first impressions are always a big thing for me.
