McDonald's — Restaurant in East Brunswick Township

Chicken tenders were over cooked and dry. Cashier did not know what he was doing. Went thru the Drive Thru about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night. Just got out of ER with my Grandson. Ordered food for family at home. Although money is usually collected at the 1st window, I was told to drive to the 2nd window. The young man at window was rude. I said hello and he slammed the window shut. After a long wait I finally got my food and the kid slammed the window shut again. I did not pull away and tried to get his attention as he did not collect the $47.93 that was due for the food. He disappeared . I honked the horn, people behind me were upset because I was not moving. Kid finally returned and opened the window and said "WHAT?". VERY RUDE. I told him he did not collect the money. I said the 1st window was closed. He said, yeah, I know it's closed. I gave him the money. He did not say thank you or acknowledge that I could have driven off. He made it like it was my mistake that he didn't collect the money. What is wring with today's youth? Very disappointing. Maybe next time, I'll just drive off and then his cash draw will be short. Worst customer service. Was on line with somebody at register, and they walked away for a few minutes, and nobody took our order until somebody else came to take it. Couldn't even place a simple order right. Ordered girls PLAIN hamburger meal. Got a boy toy with the meal. Asked for a girl toy and they gave me another boy toy again. Then gave me an attitude when I had to ask a second time for a girl toy. Also the kids hamburger wasn't plain like I asked. Had to return that and also ordered a plain McChicken sandwich that wasn't plain. Had to again return that. Decided just to leave and want a refund and the "manager" at the counter just waited and stared at me while I was trying to hand my card for refund. A minute passes and I asked what's the problem and he replies "I need the food back". No manager skills or people skills whatsoever. Probably one of the absolute WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. They are consistently inept.

Chicken Nuggets served cold and stale. Cheeseburgers with cold unmelted cheese thrown on like an afterthought. Drive-thru asks what sauce we want with our nuggets, we tell them Sweet & Sour...drive away and not a single sauce put in the bag (not that it would matter since the nuggets were borderline inedible).

Why ask what sauces we want if you have no intention of throwing them in the bag? This kind of experience happens EVERY time I've come here, which fortunately is not often. Go to ANY McDonald's in ANY other town, and you'll probably have a MUCH better experience.

Go to THIS McDonald's only if you enjoy pain and suffering, or to have a good laugh at how incompetent fast food workers can be.
