Peking Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in East Buffalo Township

Although some of the takeout dishes are ok amd their delivery time is speedy, this is rhe second time we ordered a shrimp dish and were given deep fried, battered shrimp in a dish that calls for fresh plain shrimp. It appears that they're trying to use up pre-prepared shrimp instead of cooking a dish to order (which would explain the exceptionally speedy delivery time). As well the egg rolls had an "off" taste (oil not fresh either?) Even the steamed rice was not fresh tasting! At these prices (not cheap) when we want to occasionally treat ourselves, we expect FRESH ingredients, cooked to order, not food that's been sitting around since lunch time (or yesterday). We won't order takeout again. It might be a different story when dining in but not sure we'll spend our entertainment and dining dollars here ever again (this is the second time we tried this place thinking maybe the first time was...

Dim sum was as good as it gets in this area. Buffet style is not my preferred dining style prefer off menu. A majority of the people I encounter at any of the Asian owned and operated restaurants take the all you can eat buffet as a challenge. They put me in mind of hogs feeding. Not only are these people offensive to see and hear the lack of common decency to me, but I have noticed that the staff does a fair share of eye rolling and often seem stunned by the amount of food these individuals load on a plate. I've not observed very many overweight Asians in my time on this planet but I would wager that the heavy Asians I've seen were born here. Overall the food was good. The service was exceptional which is truly surprising to me considering the way most of the locals treat people of Asian decent. Disrespectfully at best and outright...

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered chicken and broccoli, the chicken tasted as if it was boiled. Beef lomain, the beef had no flavor and the noodles were yellow. I couldn't eat it. Pork fried rice, which was brown rice and some hunks of pork in it. No flavor and was nasty. Who screws up sweetman's sour chicken. Yep, they do. Had to spit it out. I never complain but I can't even begin to tell you how bad this was. The previous owners would have never sent for it like this. I told them I could cook better Chinese and I'm American. Would not give me my money back so they get this review. This Chinese is not recommended to anyone who likes Chinese. You want great Chinese food. Go to Yung Tin in Lewisburg by big lots. Best...
