KFC — Restaurant in East Buffalo Township

10/24/23 I pulled up to the drive thru wanting a simple 2pc meal (paid $1 to make both breasts) and an extra biscuit. Even though the lobby was closed and there was only 1 car ahead of me it took over 20 mins to get my food. I get to the window and they forgot the extra biscuit & 1 of the breasts they gave me had to be at least several hours old, cold & shriveled to the point i thought it was a thigh. I had to go back thru the drive thru to correct it. they were very rude, yanked the bag and took it to the back. Handed the bag back with the extra biscuit BUT MADE ME KEEP THE SHRIVELED PIECE! I was so mad I was going to go thru again but I was afraid they'd mess with food. The 1 car ahead of me had their order messed up too because I heard the workers making racist comments about how they were acting spicy because they were mexican and they were mad about their missing drinks.This use to be a great location when it had the buffet and before the renovation. Now the place is terrible & the atmosphere is hostile and immature. They mess up my orders regularly to the point I won't leave the parking lot until I verified it is the correct order. I've been refraining from leaving a negative review for a while but now people need to hear this. I HOPE CORPORATE IS READING THIS! THEY LITERALLY TOOK MY RECEIPT SO I DON'T HAVE THE ORDER # OR THE SERVERS NAME BUT I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AND CAN PROVIDE THE THE PURCHASING TRANSACTION # I WANT...

I came a long way from home to here. This is probably the greatest thing anyone ever thought of. A KFC and TACO BELL put together! And what could possibly make that better? AN ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET OF KFC!!! .99 CENTS FOR MY SON! AND 10 FOR MYSELF! you truly cant beat that. Plenty of parking. And staff was super nice. Specifically one woman, whose name I didnt catch but was running around doing EVERYTHING. she took the time to interact with my child every chance she saw him. He was so happy to have made a friend. The traffic this place gets should say alone how great it is. And I dont know if it was that people were happy from food or the area but it wasnt like back home. EVERYONE WAS SO KIND! like everyone! Got to the drive thru window guy and girl had the giggles the whole time. Flirt on your own time. She had standard politeness. Got 8 piece dinner, mashed potatoes and gravy normal taste, Cole slaw bland as usual but ok , biscuits got hard as a rock 10 mins. home. Looked at the chicken and it was darker then usual. Took first bite and it tasted burnt, looked in the bucket and saw black bumt crumbs. Your overdue for new oil. Thanks for a waste of a meal and 35 bucks. The owners need to take a good look at their management, the problem is clearly a leadership problem. Read all the negative comments owners. This Lewisburg store gives the KFC franchise a bad rep.
