Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in East Buffalo Township

We went to the Taco Bell/KFC in Lewisburg and our experience was horrifying. I'm only giving one star because its the lowest I could rate. We purchased $44 worth of KFC, took it home and started eating it. My Daughter was halfway done with her Mac-n-cheese when she felt something odd in her mouth! She pulled out of her mouth what looks to be a dead fly!! I called the store right away and spoke with the manager, Nikki. She asked for the order number. I told her we had never received a receipt. She told me that I couldn't prove the food came from that store. She said to call Corporate, refused to give me their number and then hung up on me. Thankfully, my Husband was able to show the store number from the charge on his card. I drove to the store and returned (and I use that term loosely) the food. I told Nikki I didnt appreciate being hung up on or spoken to in that manner. She rolled her eyes at me and refused to even attempt to rectify the situation. The conversation got very heated and she told me to get the F out of her drive through. After speaking to Corporate, they said we would be refunded and Nikki would be dealt with. They were very apologetic about the dead fly in my Daughters food. It was utterly disgusting! We will never eat there again. I would strongly caution anyone wanting to go, against doing so. I don’t even think this place should receive a single star... After a concert at the fairgrounds, my friends and I drove to the Taco Bell to grab a bite and while waiting in the line that was out of the parking lot for the drive thru I realized I needed to use the bathroom so I jumped out of the car, at 10:02 with about 15 people in the restaurant to run in and use the bathroom while we were in line. When I got to the door, it was locked and the employee on the other side looked at me with a rude look and when I asked if I could use the bathroom she nodded her head no at me- WITH ABOUT 15 PEOPLE EATING INSIDE. I proceeded back to my car and drove away. Thanks for ruining my evening Taco Bell. Your customer service sucks....

They got my order wrong and I went back through the drive through. It took 3 people and asking me 4 times to get it wrong again. Then again. I don’t know why just black beans and lettuce on a hard shell is hard.

This used to be one of the better Taco Bell’s but I’m assuming management ran all the good workers away and all they have now is people who don’t know what to do. I was the only one in line and there wasn’t a line until the 3rd time messing up my order so I just left with the wrong food...
