Bojangles — Restaurant in East Ellijay

Store opened about a week ago first time eating at this Bojangles. I ordered the Bojangles original and my sandwich Was spot on, very crispy love the crunchy texture of the fried chicken and the hit spiciness to the sandwich the fries and tea were good paired with the sandwich nicely. They had a ton of staff and senior trainers on hand, hopefully once they leave, they’ll be able to keep this place together. It should be a hotspot in town, especially on Sunday. My only complaint is the size of the restaurant it’s on the smaller side but understand they have limited space to work with, but in a beautiful town like Ellijay you can always get your meal to go and go find a view and...

I would love to give 5 stars because when the food is fresh, it's wonderful, but it's a toss up regarding quality. We ordered the new chicken in a hot dog bun and it was delicious. The chicken was hot and juicy and well sauced. The bun was fresh. We ordered it again today. Totally the opposite. Chicken was barely warm and the sauce was absorbed into bun rendering it dry. I really like the grilled chicken sandwich here, but 7 out of 10 times (I've been keeping track) they don't have any available and will be a 10 min wait. If it's not something you can keep available it shouldn't be on your menu. What makes it worse, when you order at the drive through you don't get a real person. So you get to wait in line for 10 min only to be told they don't have it......

Edit. Since making this review a cpl weeks ago I have gone back 2 more times and neither time did they have it...
