First time eating here & overall, we were pretty disappointed. At the hostess stand we saw there was a bar & asked the hostess if we could have dinner in it & she said yes. The bar area is quite large but had very few people in it. After waiting 10 minutes for a worker standing at the cash register to at least acknowledge us, another patron shared that there was no bartender on duty, just an occasional worker that wandered through taking orders.
So we went back to the hostess stand & asked if there was a bartender & she said no. When I asked why she didn't share that with us 10 minutes ago, all I got was a blank stare. So we were taken into a large room & seated in a comfortable booth. Chips & salsa came quickly & our waitresses soon after. Margaritas came quickly & were pretty good. Our food order also came quickly & hot, but we both found our dishes almost completely lacking in taste as if there were no spices used at all. We both ate about half & decided we'd take the rest home & spice it up ourselves. When we got home we decided to toss it all in the garbage as it wasn't worth the effort.

The table service was very good, the noisy environment was horrible, the food was marginal. There are other Mexican restaurants in the area with much better food &...
Read moreThis place is increasingly going downhill. They have raised prices more than needed and have also taken away a lot of the goods that you get for that price.
For almost $15.00 you only get roughly 1.5 to 2 oz of meat and the rest is bell peppers and onions. I nicely addressed this on more than one occasion and they tell me, that is plenty to eat for anyone, which is not the point. I purchased protein with a little veggies and not the other way around.
They charge you for a large bowl of guacamole, $7.50, and spread it so thin, in a long bowl, that they think you won't notice that they have only given you a small bowl size amount. I understand rising food prices, but I won't continue to pay increasing prices AND only get half of the portion stated on their menu.
The last time I went the guacamole didn't have hardly any avocado, but mostly watered down pico de gayo. It was horrible.
You should ask them about the small ranch cups of about 2 tbsp of ranch for $1 each with the wings. It takes about 5 cups to have enough for the wings that were ordered.
Very disappointing. Nice and clean...
Read moreThey make good food but have poor customer service. Their staff are rude. My family and I have eaten here several times and every time we’ve dined in, they act rude and stare at you. Their food is satisfactory. It’s no better than any restaurant so save your time and go to Pueblos across the street. They treat you better. This last time, I ordered to go, because of their staff and I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes on my food and they didn’t believe that we didn’t receive it. Good customer service would have given us our extras and apologized but instead they told us to bring our food back in and show them that it didn’t have the extras we paid for. It’s the last we’ll go back. I know everyone have their own feelings about this place but if you care about your service there, I would suggest go to Pueblos, and if you’re ever going to Cartersville and want the BEST Mexican food, go to Las Palmas there. They have the best by far I’ve had at any restaurant and I’ve been to many places all over the South eastern US. The only reason I don’t give them just 1-star is because their food...
