Arby's — Restaurant in East Franklin Township

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at an Arby's. I ordered ahead, and my order was supposed to be ready at 1:15. I ordered a cheese cup to go with my pickup order and waited a half hour for all of my food. I have waited so long for this location to have online ordering. I have called multiple times. Why isn't there a grab and go kiosk for online and mobile orders? All of the workers were nice and working hard, but I don't think the online ordering is worked out yet. I hope they get it together, because I love spending money at Arby's. Please fix it. I have made multiple calls expressing my desire to be able to use online ordering efficiently at this location. It would be awesome to taste...

It was so amazing to step in and see the new kittanning arbys. My first words to my husband were "are you sure this is kittanning? This is WAY to nice to be kittanning" But my favorite thing was people ringing the bell and every worker in that building saying "thank you" in unison. The food was absolutely delicious. However there is one thing I do have to say I am disappointed In being that my husband is a picky eater... they did not have any hamburger options in this area which is the one and only thing he will eat. Glad to see this place up...

Don't go here! You ask for something changed on the way they make something and they make a mess of it. They are rude to you when you don't get things exactly the way it is on the menu. And their happy hour prices are 5-99 cents more than sarver arbys and butler rt 8 arbys. Save your energy and go...
