McDonald's — Restaurant in East Franklin Township

It still amazes me an advertised 24 hour operation is not open 24 hours. My shift has me leave for work at 345 am, and I drive out of my way to stop only to find it closed more often than not. In fact, I inquired about that to an arm swingin' thumb snappin' slightly effeminate manager and was told that it was a staffing issue. Sounds like a management problem to me. I dunno, big company, big profits, less care for their brand. I'm not expecting 5 star dining, but it being just "edible" shouldn't be expected either. I shouldn't have to take out a small loan to take my family to eat there. The area would starve if a big mac was outlawed. Does anyone still cook like mom did? Very few I'm sure. Just look at taco bell's lines in the drive thru. What's that tell you about the dependence on grease ball burgers. I love em; an addict to the disdain of fast junk. A slave to the utter convenience of filling up on thousands of calories. My mouth waters to think of the freshly cooked, super oily hotness of divinity. My god, what would we do without it?? Stopped for a quick visit tonight for fries and some nuggets for the drive home for my son and I.. I normally only visit this location in the mornings for coffee due to them not being so great in the evenings and they didn't disappoint to continue down that path tonight. Stale, cold fries that my son wouldn't even eat. No sauce (which I've never gotten from this location anytime we've gotten nuggets after thinking about it) that I went back for. They had cars parked everywhere because they couldn't get it together. I've seen it busier in the mornings and it run smoother. However if the drive thru girl was less worried about messing around with her boyfriend in the hallway between the front and back drive thru windows, it may run smoother. No manager in sight. As a food business owner myself, I'd be embarrassed for how service and employees were there tonight. I'm not even sure if I'll give coffee business there in the future when there's other small business owners more worth it at this point. Restaurants are...

The stupid place is completely shut down! I was told a week or so ago the drive-through would be open 24/7 and that the Lobby would open in a week's time and be open then. And right now they just shut down the drive-thru and they said that tomorrow whenever the drive-through shuts down at 6 p.m. that it'll be shut for at least a week or so including the lobby and everything. They had a playground for the kids it was outside, and this guy decided he wants a patio instead of a play area. Well he's lost his mind! Kids are the future of his business and he is too stupid to see that. No one's going to come to McDonald's if their kids can't play. Any kind of smart person would be able to figure that out. If I have my grandkids I'll be going to Dairy Queen and let them play before I will come here with them. But of course I'm looking at a sign saying Lobby open and another sign saying $4.99 for a Big Mac meal. And on the big sign out in front it says drive-thru open. What kind of business...
