called wanting 5 pizzas for carry out at 12:17am. Marcus āthe managerā says that, thatās a lot of pizza to be ordering at this time. Saying it will take an hour, although I know it wouldnāt take that long to make pizza and stick them in the oven for 15 minutes. I worked there and understand itās not fun to be there late and make peopleās food... but that is your job! So after arguing with him because he was being difficult clearly not wanting to make my pizza. I made an online order. I didnāt put my name because Iām concerned this guy is going to spit in the food that Iām trying to feed for 20+ people. I put my name as a pun āBen Doverā. They call the callback number to make sure itās not a prank. I talk to Austin (one of the drivers) then talked to Marcus (apparently the general manager) and he is one of the most difficult human beings Iāve ever encountered over the phone. He clearly is not good for your company and I am going to find the regional manager and talk to him as soon as I can. They canceled my order because of my frustration. This is unacceptable. I worked at dominos from 2011-2014. Like I said I understand itās not the best job but when you deny people food because itās ālateā or because ā5 pizzasā is a lot of food for one hour before close. My standard experience with this store is to be greeted at the door and then ignored for 3-5 minutes by staff who are not serving other customers. Today I spent more than 10% of my lunch break waiting for the cashier to finish stocking before bothering to take time to wait on me as the only customer in the restaurant. I have enjoyed their food for months, but that's the last straw. If they don't need to pay attention to their customers they can find others. I would rather eat a cold meal than pay to take second place to menial chores. I waited for a month or so for the service to improve after personell changes but the new standard appears to be substandard. Order delivery or shop elsewhere if you want to be valued...

I redeemed my free pizza online because they wouldn't let me do it in store and then asked to substitute gluten free crust because that isn't an option for the free pizza online. I was told yes and then when I went to pick it up they charged me v full price and said I don't get free pizza if I want gluten free because it's becomes invalid. It has to be a medium of regular crust which I can't have.
So not only are their gluten free options limited, coupons can only be redeemed online, no exceptions or substitutes can be made..... I eat here a few times a week because of the location by my work but I'm extremely unhappy with how the company as a whole , but giving its employees the ability to cater to the customers needs...
