I keep returning to this place for the service and location! Always really friendly & welcoming staff. Coffee and tea is good. However, I am always a little disappointed by the food. I wish there was a vegetarian breakfast sandwich!!! I usually order just a bagel sandwich with egg and cheese, which is pretty decent, but having to pay equal price for the sandwiches with meat as when you take off the meat is disappointing. It would be really nice to have the possibility to sub out the meat for a meat alternative.

Also, I love to tuck into their nice booths to do some work on my laptop but it's a little frustrating that - I do sympathize with them on this, but - their wifi never seems to be working!

They have a lovely patio space but I never see many people using it. If they had some shade umbrellas, the space would be stellar! Having some shade umbrellas would make it a lot cozier and easier to have to option to sit out in the shade with a laptop or a book in the summer or close them to get a little sun too!

I don’t give reviews very often and when I do you either are really good or really bad. Wish I could give this place zero stars, but I unfortunately can’t. Drive thru should be considered pretty quick, but I was the only person there with like 2-3 cars in the parking lot, yet I waited 10 or more minutes for someone to even come to the window and longer for a Carmel macchiato, which was also not good. I know it doesn’t take that long to make that simple of a drink. I asked why it took so long and they claimed there was a long line inside. Sure… with the couple cars you had in that tiny parking lot. They then asked for a tip, which I obviously didn’t give one due to the long wait time and was given no straw to mix up my drink. I always try to go to local coffee places and not the big franchise places but I should’ve just went to Starbucks. Will definitely not be coming back and I recommend you don’t waste your time either...

We just ordered here and tried the Zebra and Samoa specialty drinks, and they were great! The interior is super clean, the baristas were super friendly, and we got free espresso shots. Wonderful first time experience. While the drinks are a little pricey (10$ including tip), the quality is well worth it and the atmosphere to enjoy it in definitely makes the drink. If you want a cheap coffee to-go and you’re more interested in conserving your $$$ than having superb service and a cozy place to unwind and chill, you may just want to stick with big brand names. Conversely, you can tell Bully cares about its customer, its product, and your overall experience - and that’s a price I’m always gonna be happy to pay for. Thank you for the stellar drinks,...
